"He will cut his hair and he will wraps a cloth around his waist." He will the best amongst the prophets, and his nation will the best amongst nation. They glorify Allah for every honor bestowed on them. They will keep straight rows during their prayers just as they will do in battle. Their hearts are are their books and they thank Allah in every condition whether in difficulty or ease."

(22) thuluthun yadkhuliina 'I-jannata bi-ghayri hisab; (AlIahummB ' j 'illnd minh um) W a th uluth un ya 'tiina bi-dhuniibihim wa khafzyah hum fa-yugh faru lah um, wa th uluth un yz'tiina bi- dhuniibin wa khatay2 @am, "A third @ them will enter heaven without their deeds being weighed. ("0 Allah, make us from among them.") And a third will arrive with sins and mistakes and they will be forgiven. And a third will arrive bearing heavy sins and grave mistakes."

The angels will say, "0 our Lord, we find these people oppressed themselves and their sinful deeds are like mountains, except for their bearing witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah &."

make equal those who are sincere to Me by their witnessing My Oneness and those who denied my existance. Let them enter the Garden of Paradise by My Mercy."

The one describing you is unable to describe all the traits of generosity and goodness which you possess.

(25) falamma 'khtadda bihB (t-falqu, bi-idhni Rabbi 7-khaIqi wada 'ati 7-habiba $aIIa 7-Lghu 'alayhi wa saIIama sajidan shakiran hamidan ka 'annah u 7-badm fi tamgmih; (stand up) When the labor pains strengthened with the permission of Allah (the Creator of All Creations), his mother gave birth to the beloved Prophet 6 in prostration thanking and praising Allah as if he were the full moon in its splendor.

(3) Fa-ashraqa bi-bahs'ihi Y-fada; The light of space rose through his splendor,

'pa 'A,; @ (6) 2 wwalu fahila fin mina Y-mu YizPf bi -khumudi naln' faris wa suqii f i Y- shum fa6 wa rumiya fi %h-shayatin u mina 3-samiT7 bi %h-shuhubi Y- mukiqac wa raja 'a kullu jabbarin mina Y j i n n i wa hu wa bisa wla fi salfana fihi dhalilun khahi' The first of the great miracles (announcing his coming) was when the fire of Persia died out (after 2000 years of burning continuosly), and its palaces' pavilion's collapsed. All the devils of the sky were pelted by the burning

meteors. Those jinn who had become mighty retreated, turned to disgrace and submission by the power of his sultanate,

'ji 2; (7) Lama ta 'allaqa min sanah u ann firus-s@i > wa 'ashraqa min bahZl"ihi 'I-diya'u hmi ' hatta 'urida 'aIa1-mariidi ' When from his radiant presence came forth the shinning light, and from his splendor rose the illuminating brilliant shinning, until he was presented to the nursing mothers.

(8) QiIa: m a n yak fu lu hadhihi 'd-durrata 'I-yatimata 'IIati Iii tfijad Iaha qimah? galati <t-tuyiir: n a h u nakfuluhu wa naghtanimu himmatahu 'I- 'azimah. They asked, "Who will be the guardian of this unique orphaned Gem, which is priceless?" All the birds said, "We will support him and seize this opportunity to realize this great aspiration."

(9) Qalati 7-wuhiish: n a h u a wI2 bi-dh2Iik Iikay nan2Ia sharafahu wa ta kimah. The wild beasts said, "We have the first rights and are more suited so that we receive his honor and glorification."

(10) QiIa: yZ m a 'shara 'I-umami I'skunii fa-innahlaha gad bakama fisabiqi Fkmat ih i 'I-qadimah, bi-anna n a b i y a h u Muhammadan yakiinu radi'an Ii- HaIimata 'I-halimah. Then it was said, "0 company of nations, calm down, verily- Allah with his wisdom has determined that the Prophet Muhammad will have Halimah the tender one, as his nursing mother."

(13) Fahash-shP IahP mubtassiman fakharaja min thaghrihi ncrun lahiqa bi 2- samP'i fa-hamalathu ila rahliha wa 'artahalat bihi ila PhlihX A smile appeared on his face for her; a radiant light shone forth from his mouth and rose up to the heavens. She then took him B to her caravan and they went back to her family.

Then every day she noticed the signs of his superiority and greatness, as his status in her eve continued to increase.

(16) Haft2 indaraja f huIIati 'I-luff wa 'I-amafi wa dakhala bayna ikh watihi ma' ap-piby2n. Always in the custody of Allah's % gentleness and safeguard; then he grew up and mixed with his foster-siblings and other children.

(In Fa-baynam2 'I-habibu palla-LIZhu 'alayhi wa saIIam dh2ta ya wmin n29n 'ani 'I-a wfafi i d h aqbala 'aI2yhi thalathatu na fann k a 'anna wujuhahumu 3h- shamsu wa 'I-qamar. One day, when the Beloved g was far from his home, there suddenly appeared three persons, their faces lit up like the moon and the sun.

(38) Fa-anfalaqa $-pibyifnu haraban wa waqafa ' n - n a b i y u ,wIIa-LIifhu 'alayhi wa saIIam muta 'a/jbba: The other children dashed awa while the Prophet f stood by astonished.

0 Thumma akhraju qaIba sayyidi waladi 'Adnafia wa sharahuhu bi sikkini 'I-ibs2n wa naza'u minhu hazza 3h-shayt2n wa mala'uhu bi 'I-&Imi wa 'I- Ymi wa 'I-yaqIni wa 'I-ridw2n. They then took out the heart of this "leader of the descendants of Adnan", they cut it open with the knife of moral excellence, they removed from it the share

belonging to Satan, and they filled it up with patience, knowledge, faith, certainty, and contentment.

(21) Wa 'a 'aduhu i la m a k a f i h i fa-qama 7-habibu ,wIIa-LIBh u 'aliiyhi wa sallam sa wiyyan k a m a kiin,

Then they returned his heart to its original place. The Beloved & stood up comlete as he was before.

(22) Fa-qiilati Y-malii'ikatu: ya habiba 9 - r a m & l a w 'alimta miiyuriidu b ika m i n a 7-khayr la- 'arafta qadra manzilat ika 'alp 7-ghayr wa azdadta farahan wa suniran wa bahjatan wa nurii. "And Gabriel, as the minister of your kingdom, has declared (your appearance) and has spoken of you across all horizons."

(28) Wa 'I-qamaru m a 'm iirun laka bi 7-inshiqaq. "And the moon as well has been ordered to split for you."

Every being in the cosmos is longing for your appearance. They are waiting to

see your radiant light.

(30) Fa baynamP 'I-habibu & m unsifun lisama 'i filka 'I-ash bah, wa wajh uhu mu fahallilun ka-n iiri '$-SabPh. While the Beloved & was quietly listening to their voices, his smiling face was

beaming like the morning light.

The angels said, "You are not alone, 0 Muhammad! Rather you are the one full of support. Your companion is the Glorious, the Praiseworthy; your friends are the angels and those who believe in the Oneness of Allah."

(33) Fa-qdat Halimah: w2 yatimah! Fa-galati 'I-malZ"ikah: IillPhi darmka min yatimin' fa inna qadraka Ynd-'aLldii kzim. Again Halimah said, "Pity this orphan child!" Then the angels said, "What a glorious praiseworthy one amongst the orphans! Verily you have a tremendous status with Allah."

(34) Fa-lamma ra2t-hu flalimatu sSliman mina 7- 2h wSl raja 'at bihi masniratan ila 7-2flSli thumma qassat khabarahu 'ala ba vi 7-kuhhan.

When Valimah saw that he & was safe from danger, she brought him home relieved and happy. Then she narrated the incident to some of the priests.

(35) Wa 'Sdat 'alSyhi m S tamma min amrihi wa ma kSn fa-qSla 7-kshinu: ya 'bna zamzama wa 7-maqSm wa 9-rukni wa 7-bayti 7-haram a f i 7-yaqzati ra 'ayta h a t h a am f i 7-manSm? She repeated to the priest what had happened to him salla-Llahu 'alayhi wa sallam. So the priest said, "0 prince of the Zamzam and the Station of IbrZihim, prince of the [Yemeni] Corner and the Sacred House! Were you awake when you experienced these events or were you asleep?"

dhalika wa IS 'udSm. Then the Prophet saw, said, "Rather, with due respect to the King of the Universe, I saw them clearly, there is no doubt in this (experience), and it was not a deception."

ha wayta mina 't-tafdi4 wa 'an ba 'di wasfi m a hSka yaqsuru lisafiu 7-madihi 7- mupi Then said the priests, "0 child! Rejoice because you are the "Leader of the Nations". Your Prophethood is the key and seal. The angel Gabriel will descend upon you. And upon the carpet of holiness, Allah, the Lofty, will address you. Who can circumscribe what excellences are in your possession? The praiser's tongue is incapable of describing even a fraction of your esteemed qualities."

(38) Wa kana & ahsana I'n-naSi khalqan wa khuluqan, wa ahdahum ila 'I-haqqi furuqan wa kana khuhquhu 'I-Qur'Zn.

But when the rights of Allah were transgressed against, no one could stand before his anger. Whoever saw him, respected him by intuition. When the poor called upon him, he always responded.

(41) Yaqiilu 'I-haqqa wa l a w kana muman, wa la yudmiru li-muslimin ghishan wa la dunan. The Prophet spoke the truth however bitter it might be and he never bid in his heart any harm or malice towards Muslims.

(42) M a n nazara fi wajhihi 'alima annahu laysa bi-wajhi kadhdhabin wa kana & laysa bi-ghammazin wa la 'ayyabin.

Whoever looked at his face recognized that his was not the face of a liar. Verily, God's Messenger & never criticized or shamed others.

(43) IdhP suma fa-ka 'anna wajhahu qif 'atu qamann, wa idhP kallama 'n-nPsa fa-ka-annamP yajnuna min kal imih i 'ahIP thamar. Whenever the Prophet was happy, his face beamed like the crescent. When he spoke, his words appeared as if the people were picking sweet fruits from his mouth.

(44) Wa iaha tabassama tabbassama 'an mithli habbi 7-ghamPm, wa idhP takallama fa-ka 'anna 'ddumi yasqutu min dhalika 7-kaIPm, wa idhP tahaddatha fa-ka-'anna 7-miska yakhmju min fh. When he smiled, the whiteness of his teeth appeared like patches of clouds. Whenever he spoke, it was as if pearls were falling from his mouth not words. Whenever he spoke about something, it was like musk emanating from his mouth.

/ . . (45) Wa idhP mama bifariqin 'unYa min fibihi annahu qad mama fhi Whenever he passed by certain places, he left a pleasant aroma and one knew he had passed by from the sweet fragrance he left behind,

(46) Wa idhP jalasa f majlisin baqiya fibuhu fhi a n a m a n wa 'in taghayyab, wa yujadu minhu ahsanu fibin wa in lam yakun qad ta fanab. Whenever he sat in a congregation his scent lingered for a few days. The best fragrance emanated from him, though he had not used perfume.

(48) W a idha aqbal laylan fa-ka-anna 'n-nasa min n iirihi f i a wani 2-z uhr. Whenever he approached a place at night, his light appeared to the people felt as if it were noon time.

(49) W a kana & ajwada bi 'I-khayri m i n a 'r-rihi 'I-mursalah, wa kana yar fuqu bi 'I-yatimi wa 'I-armalah. And God's Messenger & was very generous with his wealth more than the winds which carry rain clouds, and he treated with kindness the orphans and widows.

(50) W a qala ba vu wa~ifihi ma ra 'aytu dhi lummat in sa wda' f i hullatin hamra; ahsana min rasiililL3h &.

Some companions of his describers said of him, "I have not seen anyone more attractive with black turban and red cloak than he, Allah's Messenger g."

(58 Wa qila li-ba 'dihim: ka-anna wajhahu 'I-qamar, fa-qda: ba l adwa'u m i n a 'I-qamar idhP l a m yahu l diinah u 'IghamiTm u qad ghashiyah u 'I-jalPl w 'antaha i layhi 'I-kamsl. It was said to some people (who saw him), "His face was like the full moon" they said, "his face was even brighter than the moon when it had no cloud covering it." He was fully dressed with beauty, and perfection reached its fullness with him.

(57) Wa 2 f S h u ja wSmi 'a 7-kalimi fa-lam yudrik bhadun fadIahf And he granted him the full spectrum of knowledge; In short, no one could achieve his special status.

(58) Wa k S n Iahu fikuIIimaqSmin m a q f 4 wa Ii-kuIIi kamalin minhu kamS.. In every station he had a seat, and of every perfection he had perfection.

What more can be said of the person who was described in the QurlSn, and whose qualities were made known in the Torah, Gospel, Book of Psalms and the Criterion?

(61) W a jama 'a Allahu l a h u bayna ru 'ya tihi wa ka lamih~; wa qaran i s m a h u m a 'a ismihi tanbihan 'a12 'ulu wwi maqamih. And Allah made his vision and his word to be one and the same. Allah honored him by associating his name with His Name, in order to show and prove his high station,

(62) Wa ja 'alahu r a w atan U Y- %lamina wa nuran, wa ma12 bi-ma wlidihi Y- quliiba surira. And He & made him to be a mercy for all the worlds, and filled all hearts with happiness because of his birth.
