1. Click the Software Tab

2. Click Software Download for Mobile Devices

3. Click Mobile Devices

4. Click Blackberry Mobile App

5. Click Blackberry DW Mobile ACS and save it to your Desktop

6. Extract the files and Load the Blackberry Desktop Manager

7. Connect the USB to the phone and Click on Application Loader

8. Click Start

9. Click Browse

9. Go to the folder on the Desktop

10. Select “DWMobileACS.alx” and click Open

11. Click Next

12. Click Finish

13. Click Main Menu and Disconnect the phone

Installation Complete

14. Click Menu and go to the Download Folder

15. Click on DW Mobile ACS to load the software
