FIT-FOR-PURPOSE DESIGNS AND CONFIGURATIONS

Keeping tubing clear of paraffin and debris as well as centralizing the rod string is essential to your operations. Lifting Solutions molded rod guides are specifically designed to provide the strength, wear performance, and durability demanded by oilfield operations.

Our rod guides are application-specific and injection molded onto the sucker rod to meet the friction and abrasive-wear resistance requirements for both reciprocating rod pump (RRP) systems and rotating progressing cavity pumping (PCP) systems. For the best in material performance, Lifting Solutions uses only proprietary compounds and 100% virgin material (no recycled material) in our molded rod guides.

In deviated, horizontal, or high dog-leg severity drilled wells where contact is of high concern, our molded rod guides are engineered with compounds that increase well profitability and mean time between failures while decreasing lifting costs.

Lifting Solutions knows proper guide spacing is required to mitigate the impact of excessive side loading when the well is deviated or the rod string is in compression; to determine guide spacing in your well, Lifting Solutions uses industry design software.
