What is mAX Pay?

Connectivity to all Major Payment Processors – Chase Paymentech, First Data, Worldpay, Vantiv, TSYS, etc., enabling retailers to keep existing financial relationships as well as change them all within the same solution

Hardware/Device Agnostic – Compatible with various device manufacturers including Ingenico, ID TECH, and Verifone, giving the retailer choice and ability to use existing equipment

Omni-Channel Commerce – Ability to accept a transaction from a consumer at any touchpoint, such as eCommerce, brick and mortar stores,sales order processing and mobile devices, allowing the customer to choose how they interact with the retailer

Cross-Channel Commerce – Increased customer satisfaction by enabling customers’ ability to seamlessly interact with more than one of aretailer’s channels during the process of making a purchase – e.g., the customer purchases merchandise online but wants to return it in the store

Call Center – Full integration with Dynamics AX Call Center, securely supporting all workflows and functionality within the call center application,including card-not-present (CNP) transactions and full off-line capability; this seamlessly allows agents to securely process orders when there is no connectivity to the bank/processor

Centralized Customer Profile – Customer is recognized at every touchpoint, with spending history, preferences, etc., all centrally maintained and accessible from multiple touchpoints including the call center, brick and mortar store, mobile device, etc.

Off-line Capability – Offline capability to process transactions quickly and safely when connection to the Internet is lost, keeping customer linesmoving when things get busy

International Cross-Border Brands – A key feature for retailers with cross-border stores is that mAX Pay not only supports multiple paymentprocessors utilized within the same store domestically, but also supports payment processors utilized in foreign countries where same brand stores are operating
