• Like any good relationship, it needs work – keep talking.• Be strong within the Alliance – if the relationship is worth it,

the alliance can take it! • Communicate and review the role of the alliance internally as

it evolves.• Acknowledge differences – if organisations were the same,

what would be the point of working together!• Don’t duck the detail.• Celebrate successes… together.
