As President Obama’sminions in Congressdesperately try to push H.R.3185 — a bill that will amendthe Civil Rights Act o 1964to make men using women’sbathroom acilities a civilright — through Congress,

Barack Obama is acting asi his lunatic law is alreadythe law o the land and hastargeted the State o NorthCarolina or punishment.

As Fox News reported, theObama Regime is contendingthat a North Carolina law thatprohibits men rom usingwomen’s restrooms, “violatesederal civil rights laws andcan’t be enorced... puttingthe state on notice that it isin danger o being sued andlosing hundreds o millionso dollars in ederal unding.”

But the demand simplydoesn’t apply to NorthCarolina. North CarolinaGovernor Pat McCrory hasalready explained that the

    Equality Act (H.R.3185)

Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sex, sexualorientation, and gender identity among the prohibitedcategories of discrimination or segregation in places of

    public accommodation.

    Denes:

    • “sex” to include a sex stereotype, sexual orientation orgender identity, and pregnancy, childbirth, or a related

medical condition;• “sexual orientation” as homosexuality, heterosexuality,

or bisexuality; and• “gender identity” as gender-related identity, appearance,

mannerisms, or characteristics, regardless of the

    individual’s designated sex at birth.

Expands the categories of public accommodations to includeplaces or establishments that provide:

    • exhibitions, recreation, exercise, amusement,gatherings, or displays;

    • goods, services, or programs, including a store, a

shopping center, an online retailer or service provider,a salon, a bank, a gas station, a food bank, a service or

care center, a shelter, a travel agency, a funeral parlor,or a health care, accounting, or legal service; or

    • transportation services.

Prohibits “establishment” from being construed to be limited

to a physical facility or place.

Authorizes the Department of Justice (DOJ) to bring a civilaction if it receives a complaint from an individual who claims

to be:• denied equal utilization of a public facility owned,

operated, or managed by a state (other than public

schools or colleges) on account of sex, sexual orientation,or gender identity; or

    • denied admission to, or not permitted to continueattending, a public college by reason of sexual orientation

demand letter he received rom the Department oInjustice, applies to EVERYONE.  As recently reported by  LifeNews.com: “hebattle over men accessing women’s bathrooms and vice versa has little do with bathrooms or eventransgenderism,” a well-known LGB activistadmitted last week. “It has everything to do with re-

working society and getting rid o the ‘heterobinarystructure’ in which we live—eliminating distinctionsbetween ‘male’ and ‘emale’ altogether.”  As David Kupelian, the managing editor o WNDput it, we must all be orced to accept the premisethat the “desperate but impossible quest to morphinto the opposite sex, is perectly normal and we mustall join in the pretense or be demonized or legallyprosecuted.”

or gender identity, thereby expanding DOJ’s existingauthority to bring such actions for complaints based on

race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.• Revises public school desegregation standards to

provide for the assignment of students without regard tosexual orientation or gender identity.

Prohibits programs or activities receiving federal nanciaassistance from denying benets to, or discriminating

against, persons based on sex, sexual orientation, or gendeidentity.

Prohibits employers with 15 or more employees from

discriminating based on sexual orientation or gender identitysubject to the same exceptions and conditions that currently

apply to unlawful employment practices based on racecolor, religion, sex, or national origin. Requires employersto recognize individuals in accordance with their gender

identity if sex is a bona de occupational qualication thatis reasonably necessary to the normal operation of that

    particular business or enterprise.

Provides government employees with protections againstdiscrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity

Authorizes DOJ to intervene in equal protection actions infederal court on account of sexual orientation or gende

    identity.

Requires protections against discrimination based on racecolor, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, onational origin to include protections against discrimination

based on: (1) an association with another person who is amember of such a protected class; or (2) a perception or

belief, even if inaccurate, that an individual is a member of

such a protected class. Prohibits the Religious FreedomRestoration Act of 1993 from providing a claim, defense, orbasis for challenging such protections.

Prohibits an individual from being denied access to a sharedfacility, including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing

room, that is in accordance with the individual’s genderidentity.

Amends the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit OpportunityAct, and jury selection standards to add sexual orientation and

gender identity as classes protected against discrimination

    under such laws.
