American Bank Center is pleased to announce several new employees at both locations in Dickinson.
Jessica Enderud is the new Credit Analyst at the downtown Dickinson location. Jessica is a graduate of Dickinson State
University with a Bachelor of Science de-gree in Busi-ness Ad-
ministration/Management mi-nor. Jessica most currently worked at Dickinson State Uni-versity in the TRIO Student Support Services as an Adminis-trative Secretary.
Cristin Morel is the a part-time Teller at the down-town Dickin-son location. Cristin is cur-rently attending Dickinson State University and pursing a degree in Psychology.
Breanna Rios is the Financial Service Representative at the north Dickin-son location. Bre-anna brings prior banking experi-ence in the area of
fraud and dispute.
Laura Strozzi is a Loan Assistant at the down-town Dickinson location. Laura is a graduate of Spokane Falls Community College and has prior reception and clerical experience.
Jerri West is a Loan Assistant at the downtown Dickinson location. Jerri has prior ex-
perience in the loan processing, teller, new ac-counts and cus-tomer service areas and as a Branch Security Officer. Jerri brings over 20
years of banking experience to American.
Bruce Dolezal has been named Market President for American Bank Center’s Dick-inson office. Bruce is a native of Killdeer and has been with American since 1995. As Mar-ket President, he will be re-sponsible for building and maintaining a professional rapport with major custom-ers, the community, financial institutions, employees, and our stockholders. Bruce will also continue to serve as Busi-ness Banking Manager for the bank.
Bruce is a graduate of Dickin-son State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Admini-stration. Bruce serves on the Stark Development Corpora-tion Board of Directors, the Dickinson Convention & Visi-tors Bureau Board of Direc-tors, and he is also a member of the Dickinson’s Elks Lodge and their Charitable Trust Foundation Board.

Floor to Ceiling
announces updates
Tyler Halter recently joined Floor to Ceiling in Dickinson. Tyler is a Dickinson native who graduated from Dickinson Trinity with hon-ors in 2006. Tyler graduated in 2011 from North Dakota State Uni-versity with a degree in business management.
Tyler is working in the cabinet and countertop division of Floor to Ceiling.
Ryan Ernst is now commercial pro-ject manager and works in the cabinet department. Ryan started working at Floor at o Ceiling Car-pet One in 2010.
Ryan graduated with honors from
Trinity High School in 2006. He
earned a business administration
degree from Dickinson State Uni-
versity with honors in 2010.
Fisher Sand & Gravel Company hired Bonnie Kostelecky as an office manager in March. She works with administration of contracts, job costing, and working with environ-mental aspects. Kostelecky has a Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University.
Marelena Staudinger was hired as a legal assistant for Fisher Industries in March. She assists with various projects and deadlines in the legal department.
Fisher Industries welcomed Shelly Hanson to the position of reception-ist/secretary. She welcomes cus-tomers as they enter the building and answers all the phone calls.

clerical and secretarial support for
various administration and manag-
ers throughout Fisher Industries.

The Southwest Water Authority Board of Directors, management and staff have expressed gratitude to Roger Dick for his years of dedicated service as the water treatment plant manager. Dick, who devoted his entire career to water , has announced his retirement.
Roger started as operator of the water treatment plant in 1983 and began treating water for the Southwest Pipe-line Project in 1991.
Southwest Water Authority also re-cently announced it hired Perry Grammond and Joel Reirich.
Perry is now a water plan operator for the plan under construction in the Oliver, Mercer, north Dunn regional service area. He joins SWA with ex-perience as a wastewater treatment plan operator and a utilities journey-man in the U.S. Air Force. A native of Zap, Perry graduated from Beulah High School before spending four years in the Air Force.

Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson, an engineering, surveying and planning firm, recently hired Jerry Horner, Jessica Laughlin and Ryan Revheim.
Jerry is a surveyor in the survey group. He has more than 16 years of experience.
Jessica is a CADD technician with the survey group. She is completing her asso-ciate’s degree in drafting and has three years of experience.
Ryan is a surveyor in the survey group. He earned an associate’s degree in civil and surveying tech-nologies and has one year of experience.

Dates Announced for Annual Citywide Spring Cleanup
All residents, clubs, schools, churches and businesses are encouraged to help make Dickinson spar-kle during the annual Citywide Spring Cleanup Campaign April 23rd through May 13th. The City-wide Spring Cleanup Day has been set for Thursday, May 3rd. We encourage all businesses to use this date to clean around your business location.
Trash bags are available for groups participating in the campaign at the central fire station, City Hall and the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce. After an area is cleaned, please contact the Dickin-son Baler Building at 456-7776 to schedule a pickup for refuse filled bags.
Used vehicle oil can be dropped off at receptacles at four different locations around Dickinson: 600 Block of West Broadway; 400 Block of 10th Avenue East, 900 Block of 15th Street West and the Baler Building.
Current hours for the baler building is 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The fee to drop off appli-ances is $5 each. The cost to drop off any appliance with Freon is $12.50 per item. Tires will be ac-cepted call 456-7776 for fee schedule.
These items will not be picked up from residential or commercial areas and must be hauled to the baler building along with lawn clippings, leaves & garden vegetation. Construction debris will not be picked up. Remember that loads must be covered with a tarp or secured while in transport.

Then we went to Job Service where we learned all the different jobs that would suit our interests and all the differ-ent job opportunities in the area. Education Connection in the Chamberline The draft of the Education Connec-tion for the Chamber line was re-viewed. Carter gave Kristi the cor-rect website address for Dickinson Catholic Schools. Information will continue to be put in the Chamberline though out the summer. Recreational Events: 3on3 Hoopfest Committee: The Hoopfest is scheduled for May 5 and 6th.
Promotions Committee: Holiday Craft Show The letter that will be sent to the crafters was reviewed. Kristi will make the necessary changes and send it out to the committee for final re-view. Business After Hours BAH will be held at Public Transit on May 1st and LaQuinta on June 5th. The only months without one sched-uled is October & November.
4th of July Coupons The letter to chamber members will be sent out April 15th. Ben volun-teered to drive his pick up during the parade. The committee also felt that it would be beneficial to have bags of some kind for the committee to carry.
Government Affairs Committee: Measure 2 Forum Letters have been sent out to the Chamber membership to inform them of Measure 2 Forum on May 3rd. The letter also asked for questions to be turned in before the forum. The Dickinson Press will be running the information as well. Candidate Forum – May 10th, 2012 There is a contested race for the 4 year team seats. Three candidates (Scott Decker, Gene Jackson, Carson Steiner) are running for two seats.
SW Night at the Legislature This will be held 1/21/13 in Bis-marck. We will start looking for entertainment and sponsors.

Airport Committee: Committee Members No meeting this month
Agriculture Committee: Ag Week Awareness WRLS Subcommittee The WRLS subcommittee met and de-cided to send a survey out to the partici-pants of the last 3 years. The survey went out with a deadline of May 1st. It was accompanied with a letter that in-cluded motel information. The Field Day will be held July 11, 2012
Ambassadors /Membership Committee: Tom Grimm was introduced to the Committee; he is a new committee member. Ribbon Cuttings The next Ribbon Cutting will be May 23rd The following businesses were added to the ribbon cutting list: Blue Hawk Square (opening August 1st), Mir-ror Image (across from Parkway), Car/Pet Wash, Teen Center (Parks & Rec), Ramada Condo’s.
Golf Scramble Tentatively set for August 9th, 2012 – A subcommittee should be formed to assist in the golf scramble planning. Mark and Amber were interested in participating on the subcommittee if one were formed. Sampling of Sicily The question was asked if we would be hosting the Sampling of Sicily next year. The committee will make the decision later this summer after the golf scramble.
Education Committee: Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6th—11th. Educator of the Year Presentations: awards will be presented on May 9th.

AIRPORT MASTER PLAN OPEN HOUSE
The Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport is getting ready to begin an Airport Master Plan Update and has contracted with Kadrmas, Lee and Jackson and R.A. Wiedemann and Associates to conduct this mas-ter planning effort.
The airport is kicking off the master planning effort with a public open house for the region. The purpose of the open house is to allow community members to voice their ideas about the airport as to what type of ser-vices the airport may need in the future, future infrastructure developments, or anything they feels needs to be addressed concerning the future growth of the airport.
The public open house will be held May 1st, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Dickinson City Hall, 99 2nd Street East. Dickinson.
