Sunday, May 1st – Christian Persecution Heavenly Father, with sadden hearts we pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in faith. Lord, we pray for their strength and endurance. Matthew 5:11, reminds us that the persecuted are blessed even through the insults and injustices. We pray that their hearts receive Matthew 5:11 as promise from heaven. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Monday, May 2nd – Marital Hurdles Heavenly Father, help us to live out our marriage vows in all seasons. Lord, strike down every hurdle that stands in our way and divides us. We ask that You equip our national workers as they seek to make contact with wary and often hostile tribes deep in the jungle. Lord, we pray for Your Holy Spirit fall upon the Amazon that they may witnesses Your saving grace. May Your word spread from Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Lord, we ask for Your blessings to empower BOL’s community initiatives through their prevention and education programs to reach the youth. Lord, Your word teaches us that today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow from David to Timothy. Helps us to be intentional in encouraging the youth around us. Wednesday, May 11th – Social Media Heavenly Father, help use our social media in a God honouring manner. Lord, give us wisdom and inspiration to influence those within our social networking. We pray that Your will shines through our social networks to shape the lives, marriages and families of our network. Lord, take hold of our online accounts and use it to spread the name of Jesus and put the truth before people’s eyes. Proverbs 2:6



Thursday, May 12th – Deeper Heavenly Father, we pray with gratitude and awe for Your unfailing love. Lord, drawer our hearts and souls deeper into relationship with You. Teach us to set aside the distractions, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. Bless us with the wisdom to endure this world in pursuit of You. May 17th – Exercising Faith Heaven Father, our faith is possibly the hardest thing we’ll ever have to exercise. It calls us to sacrifice, to humility, to patience and to give grace. Faith tells us to step aside so that You can work through us. Faith pushes us out of our comfort and into Your graces. Faith tells us to find assurance for the hope we cannot see. Lord, teach us to stretch and exercise our faith muscles and to live by faith like the ancients. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Hebrews 11

Wednesday, May 18th – World Aids Day Lord, today we pray for the HIV orphans throughout the world. We pray for their hearts to know the hope of Christ. Lord, we ask for Your favour upon their lives and for their needs to be met with the hope of Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen. James 1:27

Thursday, May 19th – Disabled Heavenly Father, our hearts are prayerful of those with disabilities in developing the world. We are mindful of the challenges that poverty brings to those with disabilities. Lord, You have created us all beautifully in our mother’s womb. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made regardless of our abilities and disabilities because of Your Love. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Psalm 139:13-‐14

Friday, May 20th – Family & Marriage Heavenly Father, today we focus our prayer on the spiritual health of families and marriages. Lord, Satan has casted out an all-‐out warfare on marriages. Satan knows that if he can destroy Your design for marriages our families will fall and the very fabric of our society will tumble. Lord, open our hearts to pray relentlessly for the marriages and families closest to us. Give us the courage and the discernment to pursue You and Your design for marriages. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Saturday, May 21st – Widow Heavenly Father, teach our hearts to do what is right, seek justice and defend the oppressed. Leads us to take up the cause of the fatherless and to care for the windows. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Isaiah 1:17


Sunday, May 22nd – Colleges & Universities Heavenly Father, we praying asking for our young college students to establish a solid foundation in Christ and to turn away from following empty philosophies. Lord, we pray for an awakening across our college campuses. We pray for our young college students fall in love with Jesus with all of their hearts, souls, minds and strength. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Monday, May 23rd – Victoria Day Heavenly Father, we pray with a full heart towards Your Kingdom. Isaiah 9:6 tells us that the government will be on Christ’s shoulders. He will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Tuesday, May 24th – FEAL, Lebanon Heavenly Father, we thank You for the Free Evangelical Association of Lebanon (FEAL) and all that they do for Your glory. Lord, we ask for continued favour and protection of FEAL’s Beit El Safa Girl’s Home. God of mercy, thank You for providing this transformational care home for these orphans and at-‐risk girls. Lord, we pray for these young ladies trusting in Your sovereignty. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 1 Timothy 6:15

Heavenly Father, we are grateful for the Bangladesh Baptist Fellowship and all they do for Your glory. Lord, we pray for BBCF’s national worker as they strive to share the good news in hostile and dangerous conditions. Grant our national workers favour in the filed and spiritual victory wherever they place their feet. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Romans 12:3-‐8

Saturday, May 28th – National Workers Heavenly Father, Your word reminds us that the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Lord, we pray asking for more workers to be called and equip into Your harvest field. We pray believing in Your love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Matthew 9:37-‐38

Sunday, May 29th – Salvation Heavenly Father, press upon our hearts to pray for the salvation of our loved one. In Acts 4:12, Peter tell us that there is no salvation in any other, nor is there any other name under heaven given by which we can be saved. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Monday, May 30th – Humanitarian Ministry Heavenly Father, we pray for all Christian humanitarian ministries as they strive to provide aid to people in poverty, oppression and unexpected tragedies. Tuesday, May 31st – EMAF, Brazil Heavenly Father, we pray in thanksgiving for the Evangelical Mission for Assistance to Fishermen (EMAF) and all that they do for Your glory. Lord, we pray asking for protection and insight on how we can love through actions and pray for the victims. Though we don’t understand why You have allowed this but we understand by faith to trust You. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Mark 1:16-‐20
