I n Anderson and Cherokee Counties, on Highway No, 7 hetween Elkharl and A l t o , i t is ordered that locat ion surveys be completed and r i g h t - o f -way deeds prepared and delivered t o the Counties involved, i n accordance w i t h the request of the Counties, such r ight -of -way to be not less than 120* i n width, and w i t h the understanding tha t no funds are now a v a i l ­able f o r the construction of this section, w i t h the exception of pro jec t previously programed;and

I t i s f u r t h e r ordered tha t the section of ex i s t i ng road on t h i s route, extending from Highway No. 19 south of Elkhart to the town of Slooum, be taken over f o r State maintenance at suoh time as the r igh t -o f -way has been secured and fenced by the County on the approved route be­tween Elkhart and Slooum.

WHEREAS, i n Bastrop County, Highway No. O.S.R., S.R.W.R. 115, Sec­t i o n 2, due to inclement weather and the i n a b i l i t y of W.P.A. to f u r n i s h r e l i e f t ruck dr ivers and s k i l l e d laborers, the work o r i g i n a l l y proposed cannot be completed wi th the funds set up; and

WHEREAS, the increased cost w i l l require $5,950.00 State funds;

IT IS THEREFORE ordered by the Commission tha t the $5,950.00 addi­t i o n a l State funds be appropriated to permit the completion of the pro­posed work, now estimated to oost approximately $33,000.00.

In B e l l County, i t i s ordered tha t an appropriation be made in the amount of $10,585 to cover the cost of grading, drainage structures and f l e x i b l e base on Highway N 0 . 36 from a point approximately 4 miles north west of Temple t o an interseot ion w i t h the Belton-Moody Road, a t o t a l distance of 0.745 miles .
