rectly from your account to the church you choose. There are no fees and all you need is the
church address.

.As we have entered the “Yellow” phase of reopening in our part of
the state, we await further guidance on the celebration of public
mass. Bishop Zubik has a special task force working on the logistics
of how this will all work. We know that daily Mass will be able to
begin in public on June 1
st
and that the diocese has targeted June
6/7 for the beginning of public weekend Masses. We don’t know
exactly when we will receive the directives for the celebration of
public Masses but will inform all parishioners as soon as possible.
As churches are now permitted to be open for public prayer, there
will be a limited number of printed bulletins in the back of churches
for people to take home. Part of the opening of churches for public
prayer, and eventual public Mass, has been the adoption of strict cleaning procedures and
sectioned off seating in each church. We went over those procedures, along with other
pertinent diocesan and parish issues, at Zoom meetings held this past week for the entire
parish grouping staff and the Pastoral Council and Worship Committee members.
We remind everyone to visit the South Hills Catholics Grouping 218 YouTube channel for
livestreams and recordings of our Sunday and holyday Masses. At the end of each Sunday
Mass I make announcements regarding any information we currently have on diocesan
plans and updates.
