1. (17-0239) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute aservice agreement with Dunbar Armored of Hunt Valley, Maryland, for armored courier services and cash manager lease safe services, in response to Request for Bid No. 151, based on lowest, responsive and responsible bid for a total bid amount not to exceed $37,294.40 with an estimated expenditure of $9,323.50 in FY2016-2017. The term of the agreement is for one year with option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to the sole discretion of the City.

2. (17-0560) Motion approving a supply agreement with HP Inc, for lease ofapproximately 575 desktop computers, 330 laptop computers, 10 servers, and other computer peripherals and related products in accordance with the State of Texas cooperative purchasing program DIR-TSO-2538 for an estimated annual expenditure of $260,625.51 with the purchase of ten servers equaling $49,950 totaling $310,575.51. The term of the contract will be for five years subject to the approval of the Council, the City’s Annual Budget and the City Manager or designee.

3. (17-0585) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to executeAmendment No. 2 to a Contract for Professional Services with HDREngineering, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $71,400 for SouthAlameda Street from Ayers Street to Louisiana Avenue. (Bond 2012Proposition 1)

4. (17-0604) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a serviceagreement with Spring Plumbing and Construction, of Corpus Christi, Texasfor plumbing repair services in accordance with Request for Bids No. 1123based on the lowest, responsive and responsible bid for a total amount not toexceed $38,125.00, with an estimated expenditure of $12,708.33 in FY2016-2017. The term of the agreement is for one year with option to extend for upto two additional one year periods, subject to the sole discretion of the City.

5. (17-0662) Case No. 0317-03 Bruce Callaway: A change of from the “RS-6”Single-Family 6 District to “CN-1/SP” Neighborhood Commercial District witha Special Permit. The property is described as a 2.95 acre tract of land beingthe Easterly 205 feet of Lot Two (2), W. C. Lowery Park, a Subdivision ofCorpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, located along the south side ofGollihar Road east of the intersection with Kasper Street, east of Carroll Lane,and west of Weber Road.

6. (17-0665) Status and Summary of The Advisory Council on Homelessness, MentalIllness and Substance Abuse

(17-0673) Ordinance authorizing city manager or designee to execute aWater Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and ReimbursementAgreement (“Agreement”) with Oso Bend Development Company(“Developer”), for the construction of a water grid main extension line andappropriating $117,667.45 from the No. 4030 Water Arterial Transmissionand Grid Main Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer in accordance with theAgreement.

8. (17-0681) Case No. 0517-03 Magellan Terminal Holdings, LP.: A change of zoningfrom the “CG-1” General Commercial District to the “IH” Heavy Industrial District. Theproperty is described as Webb Tract Port View 101.58 acres, located along the westside of Poth Lane, south of Tribble Lane, and north of Interstate 37.

9. (17-0682) Case No. 0517-04 MPM Development, LP: A change of zoningfrom the “RS-6” Single-Family 6 District to the “RS-4.5” Single-Family 4.5District. The property is described as being a Roberts Tract 2.064 acres out ofLots 3, 6, 11, 14 and 15 also known as Tract 1F, Roberts Tract 31.119 acresout of Lots 3, 6, and 11, and Roberts Tract 6.517 acres out of Lots 3, 6, 11,and 14, and Roberts Tract 4.391 acres out of Lots 3, 6, 11, 14 and 15 alsoknown as Tract 1F, located along the west side of Rand Morgan Road, southof Leopard Street, and north of Oregon Trail.

10. (17-0683) Ordinance authorizing the resale of thirty (30) properties for$129,850.00 which were foreclosed upon for failure to pay ad valorem taxes,of which the City shall receive $11,083.09 plus $30,324.36 for partial paymentof City paving and demolition liens.

11. (17-0684) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute anAgreement with the Padre Isles Property Owners Association (“PIPOA”) forthe Lease, Construction of Improvements and Operation of Billish Parklocated at 15601 Gypsy Street, to allow construction of park improvements,with City funding not to exceed $400,000 and PIPOA funding not to exceed$200,000, and providing for ongoing park maintenance by PIPOA.
