 LIVESTOCK SHOW PICTURES

If you made the sale with your livestock project, you will get 2 pictures (one for your buyer and one for you). You must take the picture, thank you note, and Buyer’s form

to your buyer and have them sign the form. The Buyers form and a copy of your thank you note are due back to the Extension office by Friday, June 24th. Checks will not be issued until we have the signed buyers form and copy of the thank you note. **Your Club Manager will notify you when the pictures are ready to be picked up.**

Action Pictures of the show can be viewed and purchased at www.mccannphotography.net. Just look for the link on the

homepage for Anderson County Youth Livestock Show.

ARE YOU READY? Forms may be found on our website (Anderson.agrilife.org/publications/) or may be downloaded from the Texas 4-H Website (http://texas4-h tamu.edu/youth_recordbook) there is a Family Guide to the Texas 4-H Recordbook Publication at this site that can be very helpful or you can come by the Exten-sion Office to pick one up. You have put in lots of hard work this year with your 4-H projects, but the job isn’t done until the paperwork is turned in! Even though record keeping isn't the most exciting part of the project, it

is one of the most important. A Recordbook is your way of showing off everything you have done in 4-H.

May 12, 6:00 PM, County Extension Office - Recordbook training-open to all!

Completing your recordbook can give you a sense of personal accomplishment and can:

Help you earn credit for completing the 4-H year.

Give you the opportunity to be recognized on the county level and be eligible to win 4-H awards.

Keeping records and completing a 4-H recordbook can seem like a difficult task but using the Family Guide to the Texas 4-H Recordbook breaks it down into easy steps to help you crank it out. Contact the Extension office if you have questions or need help putting your recordbook together.

You’ve already done the hard work with your projects, so now just put it all on paper and get credit for it! It’s that easy! Recordbooks are due to the Extension office June 14th.
