Sunday will be an opportunity for us to do just that. Our journey through the Transformation of Easter People takes us to the first church business meeting (Acts 1:12-26). It is a story about leadership in the church. I think it is also God’s Word for us about the losses and additions that we experience in life. Even in the story of this business meeting, there are lessons for mothers and those who honor their mothers, living or deceased.
