Organise a celebrity to promote the event. Check availability & possible costs
January Organize the events – who is hosting them, where & what time they will be held
Issue event guidelines/ tips
February Create a budget for the Day, including printing of flyers
Create a national website or facebook page to upload the event details and gather a following to promote the day
Gather all information of the events to put on the advertising flyers
Last day to get the event details (what, where, who, when) to the coordinator in the area: Monday 20th February
