The damage profile is not the fault of the customer. The wire frame in the padding (Pic.1 and Pic.2) can work its way through the padding over time and cause damage to the cover. Remedy: Replace padding and cover. The padding must be modified as follows before installation: 1. Mark both sides in the same way as shown (Pic.4, Pic.5 and Pic.6). 2. Use a cutter to make cuts of approx. 3 cm on left (Pic.7) and right (Pic.8). The wire frame can dip into these cuts in the foam, relieving the stress on the side bolsters. This increases the strength at the side bolsters. NOTE: The pictures show padding with seat cushion fore/aft adjustment (SKTV). Padding without SKTV can be mo- dified in the same way.
