DEAR MBA ASPIRANT
PLEASE REFER THE FOLLOWING FILE VERY CAREFULLY; THIS IS THE
ANTI-GTU CAMPAIGN RUN BY SENIOR MBA PROFESSORS TO OPPOSE
CURRENT TEACHING METHODS IN MBA PROGRAMMES. IF YOU ARE
REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR MANAGEMENT CAREER, READ
BETWEEN THE LINES, YOU WOULD FEEL THAT CURRENT GTU SYSTEM
IS PLAYING WITH THE LIFE OF STUDENTS PURSUING MBA IN
GUJARAT.
SO RE-THINK OVER THE DECISION OF PURSUING MBA FROM
GUJARAT
GTU SYSTEM FOR MBA PROGRAMME.
Please spare some of your valuable time to go through the following facts. These are interesting
inferences of the current GTU system. It is about the future of GTU Students and Gtu affiliated
colleges. This system is also dangerous for the faculty members as it has started conditioning the
faculty members and we have started taking deviation from the real path of development under
this vague system.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE GTU SYLLABUS: As per the session plan given in the GTU-syllabus for Sem-II, faculty member needs to conduct minimum
40 sessions for completing the syllabus [however practically as per the opinion of the respective subject teachers ,40 lectures are not sufficient in some subjects i.e. FM-60 lects, MM-50 lects, RMOR-50 lects, CMA-45 lects]
a. Considering the proposed session plan, we need total;
i. 40 lects per subject*7 subjects = 280 Lectures
b. Considering the proposed teaching scheme;
i. We can conduct 3 sessions per subject per week, that is total 21 lectures in 6 working days
ii. Average daily no of lectures are 21/6= 3.5 lectures per day
c. Considering (a) and (b) above;
i. Total no ofTeaching [not working] days required to transact the syllabus
=Total No of Lect.s required [280]
= 109 Teaching DaysAverage Lect.s per day [3.5]
Total Teaching Days REQUIRED = 109 Teaching Days
WHAT IS AVAILABLE AS PER GTU SYLLABUS:
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
2/23
[Refer Table-1 given at the end]01 Total Days including holidays
[GTU term from 8-2-2010 to 15-05-2010]
: 98 days
02 Deduct the following non-teaching days
* Holidays including Sundays : 20 days
* Sem-I Remedial Exam[Gtu Result is 40% hence 60%
students are busy in Remedial
Exam]
: 10 days
* Mid Sem exam Sem-II : 08 days
* Remedial Internal-Exam Sem-
II
: 08 days
* Preparation leaves : 07 days
Total Non-Teaching days : 53 days
: 53 days
03 Total Teaching Days AVAILABLE : 45 Teaching Days As per the AICTE norms every semester should be conducted for minimum 90 days for recognizing the
degree as a valid degree. [However 90 days are also not sufficient for Real Teaching/learning]
Maximum lectures available per subject :
o (Total teaching days * no. of lect.s per day)/ no. of subjects = (45*3.5)/7
= 23 Lects per Subject
ABOVE ALL FOLLOWING ARE SOME SUBJECTIVE CONSTRAINTS
GTU has recommended minimum 3 text books and 10 reference books in each subject!!!!
[Great!!, keep it up we will beat IIM/Haward in 2 years. *Students of IIMs do not face
this constraint, because their evaluation system is different and their teachers are
their paper setters as well as evaluators]
In most of the numerical subjects, methods explained in different GTU-recommended books
are altogether different. Hence, if student calculates a sum as per Method-1 and the
examiner knows Method-2, student will get a big zero {Quality of examiner and evaluation
pattern is a matter of separate discussion}.
[Ex. In CMA there are two approaches of calculating product costs, multiple
approaches of calculating variances, preparing budgets etc.]
MBA is a PG Course!!, hence students are expected to expect unexpected stuff in the
examination!!!!!
Because of the Number Game in term of result, the institutes cannot afford the following
Useless activities!! because they have no time, and the opportunity cost of the suchactivities is very high.
o Calling guest/expert faculties from reputed institutes
[Because experts are not expert in exam orientation]
o Inviting experts from industry
[Because practical knowledge is not at all important for the exam. Under this system,
exam is the single most important event and result is the single most important
criterion]
o Arranging co-curricular activities-which are very important for MBA Course
[Again it involves very high opportunity cost]
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
3/23
o Assigning presentations.
o Arranging regular tests [test can be conducted at the cost of a lecture]
o Grooming/polishing the students and many more such useless activities
Sem-II commenced from 8-02-2010 (Theoretically) and the result of Sem-I was announced
on 25th
Feb, since then the failed students (almost 60% of total) are in dilemma in terms of
the following tradeoffs:o If they concentrate on Current Semester (Sem-II), they will again fail in the remedial
exam.o If they concentrate on Remedial exam of Sem-I, they will fail in the current Sem, and
the same story will be repeated next sem.
o If they concentrate on both, they will be able to clear few subjects of Sem-II and few
subjects of Sem-I, and the backlog will be carried over the next year.
o Never mind, this is very interesting and teaches stress management
practically (great relief finally there at-least is something practical in
GTU. Hey GTU, be careful, such practical things will spoil your
REPUTATION)
CONSIDERING THE ABOVE FACTS, IT IS VERY EASY!! TO COMPLETE SYLLABUS/MAKE
STUDENTS PASS THE EXAMINATION IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE OBSERVED!!!!
If the students and faculty members are magicians/know some kala jadu
If god exists and he/she helps everybody in need
Students forget everything [i.e. taking bath, taking lunch/dinner, spending some time on
reading newspapers, family, parents, emotions, sleep, some entertainment etc.]
All the students have great IQ level and they are designed to perform like programmed
robots with very high memory and good quality processor.
There are 48 hours in a day.
FOLLOWING FLOW-CHART SUMMARIZE THE FLOW OF PRESSURE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
GTU creates pressure
for the institute
management
Institute
Management passes
on the pressure to
the Head
Head passes on the
pressure to the
Faculties
Faculty members pass on the
pressure to the students by
assigning to much
assignment, firing students,
etc..
And there is extreme pressure
from the parents of the students
WHY AM I WRITING ALL THIS??
-

4/23
I am working as a core faculty in MBA institute/s for last 10 years. Prior to
joining academics, I was working at a very good position in worlds largest MNC
and was drawing a very good salary.
I entered in academics because I wanted to influence and change lives of
students, and I was successfully doing it till 2009.
Before GTU After GTU
I was discussing mainly the practical stuff
in the classroom in all my subject
Now, I am teaching only those things
which are important for the exam.
My maximum efforts were for grooming
the students
My maximum efforts are for preparing
Lecture notes and reading material
I was going in the class with only case
studies, and was promoting DISCUSSION
in the class
Now I have to TEACH selected case study
as per the GTU syllabus
I was saying, result is not important, you
just concentrate on the applications of
the concept
Now I am saying, forget application,
focus on the method and steps of the
example to score 35 marks in the examI was explaining; What, How & WHY Now I m teaching What and How, WHY is
missing
My objective was to prepare the student
to take corporate challenges
Now my objective is to prepare the
student to take the EXAM Challenge
I was evaluating myself on the basis of
placement and students performance in
the industry
Now I evaluate myself on the basis of
Percent result of my students in my
subject divided by Overall subject result.
Many more such facts can be written. Now, every day when I go in the classroom (specially
in Sem-II) I know that result is not at all important for students career, yet I
motivate/inspire/pressurize them to understand/mug up the theoretical stuff. And for
improving my subjects result I give them extreme pressure. It hurts me like anything when I
look at my students undergoing such futile stress.
As the head, I have converted my institute in a JAIL for students and that makes me feel
guilty. It gives me a feeling that I am culprit of my students. Because of this guilty feeling I
have not slept properly since a long time.
Finally to escape from this guilty feeling I have decided that I will leave this field soon upon
the completion of this semester. Because I cannot do the things if I am not convinced with
them.
Let me tell you that our institute was in the list of top 15 institutes in Gujarat, yet I am
complaining [my complain is not my excuse]. I am complaining because the system has
failed.
FOLLOWING ARE SOME LONG TERM IMPLICATIONS OF THIS SYSTEM FOR MBA PROGRAMME
FLAWS OF EXAM ORIENTATIONS:
{This is applicable only for MBA, as I dont know about the other disciplines}
o Unlike other disciplines, during interview no company asks the candidate
about his result
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
5/23
(I had been an interviewer when I was in the company)
o By and large companies are interested in the candidates attitude/other
skills and not his result/theoretical knowledge.
(One must check the theoretical knowledge of the candidate before
selecting an accountant/engineer)
o I have observed and analyzed last 8 batches and found no correlation
between students result and their salary. [GTU may assign anindependent research to some reputed consultant to prove this]
o if the following two options are given to an interviewer:
(i). A candidate with 80% marks without any ATKT, having average
interpersonal skills, average communication skills, and average
personality
(ii) A candidate with 50% marks with a lot of ATKTs, having above
average interpersonal & communication skills and very pleasant
personality
Interviewer might select candidate-IIo At the end students of Non-GTU affiliated institutes(deemed
universities/private institutes) will grab better jobs as compared to GTU
students.
LONG TERM (May be, next 2 years) LOSS TO THE GTU AFFILIATED MBA
INSTITUTES:
1. Unlike engineering, entry and exit barriers in MBA are very low [total
investment of Rs. 15 lacs in equipment/fixed assets other than land and
building]. Hence, anybody can start offering managementdegree/education with or without approval of the concerned authorities.
2. The intake capacities of deemed universities are increasing day by day
(under different titles; i.e. x-management, y-management etc)
3. The intake capacities of private non-GTU colleges are also increasing day
by day
4. Colleges mentioned in point-2 and point-3 give 100 percent result and job
guarantee. They can afford to make their curriculum full of extra/co-
curricular activities, personality development activities, practical methods
etc.5. GTU result is 40% and the colleges have to face a lot of constraints in
terms of system and syllabus.
CONSIDERING POINT-4 AND 5, RATIONAL CANDIDATE WILL NOT
TAKE ADMISSION UNDER GTU SYSTEM, HE/SHE MIGHT GO FOR
DEEMED UNIVERSITY/GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT/PRIVATE
COLLEGE/OTHER STATE OR DISTANCE EDUCATION. THIS WILL RESULT
IN LOW NO. OF APPLICANTS FOR GCET. Unlike Other Disciplines, The
-

6/23
System & Syllabus For MBA Has Been Designed By Those Who Are
Not At All The Part of GTU. They dont Have to Teach This Syllabus
Under this System. They Are Either From Government Departments
Or From Some Other Deemed Universities
BY THE TIME WE WILL UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM IT WILL BE TOO
LATESO WAKEUP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
WHATEVER I/WE HAVE WRITTEN IN THE PRECEDING SECTION IS
APPLICABLE TO MBA ONLY. GTU MIGHT BE A GOOD/SUITABLE
SYSTEM FOR OTHER DISCIPLINES. I AM NOT SAYING THAT GTU IS
A BAD SYSTEM FOR MBA. I JUST TRY TO PROOVE THAT ITS A
NON-SUITABLE SYSTEM FOR MBA
I am also not blaming the GTU officers; actually I would like to salute
efforts and co-operations of GTU people[Mind well only few officers arehandling everything]. Their administrative system is remarkable. But the
core academic GOAL is mislaid

THE FOLLOWING IS THE RESPONSE TO THE AFORESAID CAMPAIGN
Dear Friends, thx for your responses. Most of the responses (total38)
were sharing same opinion. Two out of them were advocates of the
present system. I have decided to reply to those two selected
responses (their original write ups are given at the end of this
document)
Respected Mr. XYZ and Mr.ABC
I went through your reply. I appreciate your efforts. And I would like to extend my thanks to you for notignoring the sent mail.
An Important Point to be Considered:
All the colleges will have to concentrate excessively on Result (at the cost of many other things) because it
will be reported in the next years information brochure, and will influence the admission rank which might
turn in a vicious cycle
I could summarize the following points after going through your analysis!!!
/assumptions!!/perceptions!/misconception.
[The points are in no chronological order. The Details Of These Points Are Given In The Second Section]
SECTION-I: [Your Analysis]
a. You did not spend sufficient time to read the WHOLE mail.
b. You believe that academic vision and administrative vision are substitutes of each other (actually they are
complements, and administration is a support activity to the core academic activities)
c. You compared GTU system with the system of Gujarat University (this is called basis bias and a case of
bound rationality)d. You assumed that Sr. Faculty members are better than the fresh faculty members
e. You forgot that an MBA should comment on something with data/systematic analysis. Commenting without
data is; perception
f. You assumed that result is very important for the students career
g. You understood that the mail was a complaint against poor result (it wasnt, I wrote it because I can
visualize the long term-(2 yrs)scenario)
h. You presented your way of managing teaching.
i. You believed that I have written this because I dont know how to deal with this, and I am very poor in
planning.
j. You assumed that if you give holiday on Saturday, students will spend time on productive work.
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
9/23
k. Your theoretical plan for students: read/work for 17 hrs a day!!!
l. Your view on students quality is an excuse/ you are not clear.
SECTION-II: Discussion
Point-1,2,3
You have written:
Look this as my way, and yuo will get the optimized solution, and this may be the best fit option
available, and I feel GTU is much better arrangement on declaring result, and giving all circulars'
online and giving well in advance Semester as well as exam time table.
What I wrote in my mail (refer the second last page of the first mail)
I am also not blaming the GTU officers; actually I would like to salute efforts and co-operations of GTU
people[Mind well only few officers are handling everything]. Their administrative system is remarkable. But
the core academic GOAL is mislaid
Whatever i/we have written in the preceding section is applicable to mba only. gtu might be a good/suitable
system for other disciplines. i am not saying that gtu is a bad system for mba. i just try to prove that its anon-suitable system for mba
Additional explanation
I think this is self explanatory. GTU is very sound in administration, but administration is just a support
activity and not the core activity. One must have a strong vision in academics.
You are comparing GTU with Gujarat University, and that is the root cause of your perception. Visit (I m
sure you havent) the following universities/departments if you want to know the real method of cultivating
MBAs (lets be realistic and not talk about IIMs and other premier institutes)
o G.H. Patel PG Department (and S. P. University MBA System).
o South Gujarat University and specially the university Department.
o North Gujarat University P.G. Department.
o Tolani Institute (just visit this once)
The institutes are expected to keep students on toes in MBA Programe. Continuous evaluation should be done
on the basis of the following (Many institutes including my institute were doing this before the advent of your
be-loved SYSTEM
o Case presentations
o Case development
o Projects
o
Minimum 4 proper presentations in a semester (the presentations must be addressed to external arrogantevaluators from industry to give it a corporate touch)
o Research ability (our students have got published 19 papers during last 4 1/2 yrs, mind well, they were
published in referred journals- we do not allow students/faculties to participate in all conferences)
o And many more such things.
Point-4,5
You have written:
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
10/23
If we give admission to students of Babool Category, we should not expect Mangoes from them, we also
know the most institutions having fresh MBA faculty as lecturers and then all problem
starts, will get solved in next coming years.
Explanation:
Unlike you(commenting without data) I spend minimum 3 hrs a day on analysis of facts, and I have
derived the following conclusion (I am just presenting the end result of statistical analysis and not the
detailed analysis in order to save your time)
o I gathered data of 30 fresh lecturers subject results and 48 experienced academicians subject
results, and proved that the subject results of fresh faculties are better than the experienced faculties (at 5%
significance level. Data were normalized and some abnormal data were rejected)
o We should also not forget that fresh faculty members are very good in exam orientated
teaching; however they are deficient in practical orientation. Under GTU system our chief concern is result
in view of the fact that it will matter a lot in next years admissions.
Point-6,7 (You assumed that result is very important for students career)
Explanation:
I never comment without supportive data and/or analysis.
I collected students result and placement data for last 6 yrs from 03 universities and derived the
following conclusions. The abnormal data were rejected for drawing meaningful conclusion/s. Students
salaries and results were converted in index numbers for comparison purpose. The sample size was large
enough. (the analysis was, as on 5/8/2009)
o Overall: There is no correlation between result and present salary of a student(Overall
correlation: 0.42)
o Gujarat University: There is no correlation between result and present salary of students
(Overall correlation: 0.27)
o G. H. Patel Department: There is significant correlation between result and present salary of
students (Overall correlation: 0.73)o The above facts are self explanatory and you might get the point.
My criticism was not against poor result (my institute stands in the list of top 15 in terms of result,
however I dont consider this as an achievement). My actual concern was and is: unreasonable result
orientation. We all, the faculty members are willing to put on our best efforts, actually working extremely
hard is our hobby. We dont have any trouble in running fast. We should be frightened because we are
running tooooo fast in the wrong direction
Point-8,9,10,11
You have written:
Now coming to second part, Managing Teaching. Conduct 5 Session a working day, so you
will require 280/5=56 Teaching days to complete your regular teaching. Give Saturday &
Sunday, Holiday to all your students. If students work for 17 hours a days, making all daily
notes and revision, then he will get success in MBA, if students and teachers still fills for
spoon feeding, ready-made material, some substandard publications material will go on the
deteriorate output.
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
11/23
Explanation:
All the institutes in Gujarat are working hard, and for your kind information; so far (23-03-2010) we
have conducted total 265 sessions and the syllabus is about to be completed. Regarding the advanced time
table sent by you: let me tell you that it is an outdated method of planning. Refer Annexure-1: I have
attached the last years second semesters academic planning of my Institute. My institute was under some
other university.
Faculty members have no issue in conducting 5 or even 7 sessions [only class room sessions without
labs] a day, nevertheless the question is; will the student grasp everything!!?[the law of diminishing
marginal utility is applicable everywhere] Will they get sufficient time to do revision of the taught stuff?
Regarding, if students work for 17 hours a day. Do you always talk like this or this time you are
putting special efforts to prove yourself a Certified Stupid? Consider the following
Working every day 17 hrs. a day
Time spent in sleeping 07 hrs.
Bath, lunch, dnr etc. 02 hrs.
Average transportation time 03 hrs.
Total time required 29 hrs. a day
(.I have forwarded an official letter to the almighty-god to extend earths
revolving cycle time by 5 hours, and I am hopefully awaiting positive reply..!!!)
Point-12
You have written:
1. Compare the result with GCET Merit, and you will come to know the situation.
2. If we give admission to students of Babool Category, we should not expect Mangoes from
them,
3. If you feel that we should get good students in MBA, GCET should be open for All India
Level, instead of Gujarat Students only, and see the miracles in the result., also I'm not
talking about 50% liability and 25% extra liability case. You know what I'm talking all
about.
You are talking (giving excuse) about Gujarati students quality (I assume you are not NET
Qualified, even I m not): Try to take 4 lectures in a single day without using any reference material i.e.:
notes, points, PPT and you will stop commenting on the students quality. We teach one or max. two
subjects that too, we are allowed to go in the class room with PPT, Books, Points, etc. Students have toprepare 07 subjects and they are not allowed to go in the exam hall with all such material.
o Go through the following FUNNY message [These are theoretical calculations]
7 Subjects and 3 Books per Sub.=21 Books
21 Books and 800 pages per Book =16800 pages
1-page=10 Min means total 168000 Min.
168000 Min = 2800 Hrs in 90 days =31 Hrs. a Day!!!
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
12/23
Unfortunately, our planets day is of 24 hrs only!!
Again, you made a statement on student quality without referring any sort of data. Here I am
presenting an interesting analysis. Your institutes admission rank was in 50-60 and result rank is in 70-80.
Means, you got relatively better quality students and your efforts spoiled their result!!! Can I present the
inferences this way??? GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING ANALYSIS [this is just a small part of the
detailed result/system post-mortem. please dont quote it anywhere, because it has been submitted to a
reputed journal for publication]

Table-3: Conclusion from Result Analysis in form of Determinants of Result
Following conclusions are drawn on the basis of analysis in the preceding sections & some subjective inputs: Conclusion is in
form of determinants of result-other than institute efforts.
Institutes result depends on the following factor [factors are in chronological order, first being the most important]
Sr.
No.
Factor Explanation
01 Some Unknown
Factor/s
[Surprisingly this is the
most dominant factor]
Analysis in the preceding section draws many surprising conclusions. It has been
observed that the results of 47 percent of total no. of colleges cant be explained, they
are surprising, shocking and abnormal. Following are some possible reasons.
Improper shuffling of answer sheets by GTU & variations in assessment
methods by different faculties.
Good faculties make students feel more secure hence at times students become
overconfident/careless and vice versa for poor faculties.
Experienced faculty members are good in practical discussion but they lackexam orientation.
Exam center effect!!!
Tuition
& teaching in non-English language improves result.
02 Input Quality Almost 50 to 60 percent variations in the sample data can be explained by
variation in input quality.
Student quality Backlogs in percent
Top 25% students 11.43%
26% to 50% 23.81%51% to 75% 33.33%

03 Male-Female Ratio This is a major yet not a dominant factor because of less no of girl students in all
institutes. Institutes having more girl students tend to secure marginally higher
average results irrespective of input quality and other qualitative factors.
[Conversely, boys secure better placement]
Gender Backlogs in percent
Male 28.57%
Female 5.95%
04 Geographical
distribution of
students
It has been observed [from the available student set only] that the students from
other region have secured higher result compared to students from
Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar region.
[However, it has been observed from the past experience that students from
Ahmedabad secure better placement]
05 Commuting
students
Students commuting from distance locations have a propensity to secure lower
result compared to students staying in hostel/private accommodation.
06
Non-
significant
factors
Attendance,
Category of
student/ type of
admission
Analysis revels that there is no significant correlation between the factors
mentioned in the preceding column and result.
[This conclusion is drawn on the basis of a relatively smaller sample. However a
larger sample may reveal some meaningful conclusion]

1. Response from Mr. XYZ
Dear Friends,
Good Day!!
First when I got following message then I got shocked, a person having 10 years experience in Academics
writes like this, then I'm more surprised.
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
21/23
Look this as my way, and yuo will get the optimized solution, and this may be the best fit option available,
and I feel GTU is much better arrangement on declaring result, and giving all circulars' online and giving
well in advance Semester as well as exam time table.
I know the situations, when I was doing MBA and Gujarat University was taking 1st Sem University
examination at the end of 2nd Semester and no remedial to expect, and then person fail in 1st sem has to
wait for another year.
Now, one university with 85 MBA institute and 6700+ students management is very good, please be on
positive mind that this is first year of GTU.
Now coming to second part, Managing Teaching
Conduct 5 Session a working day, so you will require 280/5=56 Teaching days to complete your regular
teaching.
Give Saturday & Sunday, Holiday to all your students, so they can also do following things,
1. Pass students can revised the study of entire week.
2. ATKT students can use one day for revision in week, and another for current semester.
3. You can arrange all extra curricular activities on Saturday.
I request you to refer attached time table, which is given to my students at the beginning of semester.
Now talk about result part.
1. Compare the result with GCET Merit, and you will come to know the situation.
2. If we give admission to students of Babool Category, we should not expect Mangoes from them, we also
know the most institutions having fresh MBA faculty as lecturers and then all problem starts, will get
solved in next coming years.
-
8/8/2019 Mba Eyeopener
22/23
3. If you feel that we should get good students in MBA, GCET should be open for All India Level, instead of
Gujarat Students only, and see the miracles in the result., also I'm not talking about 50% liability and 25%
extra liability case. You know what I'm talking all about.
Plan for students,
1. If students work for 17 hours a days, making all daily notes and revision, then he will get success in MBA,
if students and teachers still fills for spoon feeding, ready-made material, some substandard publications
material will go on the deteriorate output.
well, I'm also a Sr. Faculty in MBA institute, and these are my personal opinions.
what I need is only two basic points from GTU.
1. Standard Solutions to Question Papers to all examiners.
2. GCET open for all India.
2. Response from Mr. ABC
Dear Friend of the GTUMBA groups
Please redo the calculations with 5 hrs of teaching everyday. GTU and AICTE has to keep some minimum
standard eg 30 hrs or 40 hrs. It is good that the University is telling the teachers to teach students for these
many hrs at least. And forcing private managements to teach students from whom they are charging high
fees.
The students should understand to work hard and study well, other they will remain like half cooked food, and will be rejected by the industry. Thus students and their teachers should realise to do their work
seriously, instead of making parents pay high fees and wasting their hard earned mony down the drain, in
celebrating Annual days and DJs etc and moving around on BIKES.
It is high the students realise their own potential and use time for studies and become achitects of Modern
and Developoed India.
With best wishes to all!!

IF YOU HAD READ WHOLE ANALYSIS, IT HAS BEEN VERY CLEAR THAT
THE OBJECTIVE OF CURRENT GTU SYSTEM IS NOT CAREER ORIENTED
BUT JUST EXAMINATION ORIENTED, SO IF A STUDENT IS HAVING
GOOD PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATION SKILLS BUT NOT SOGOOD AT WRITING SKILLS, HE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO CLEAR HIS
MBA EXAMS.
THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM IS TO PURSUE MBA FROM OUTSIDE
GUJARAT OR TO GO FOR AICTE APPROVED PGDM COURSES OFFERED
BY LEADING MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES LIKE SOMLALIT INSTITUTE OF
MANAGEMENT STUDIES, AHMEDABAD, TOLANI INSTITUTE OFMANAGEMENT STUDIES, ADIPUR, KUTCH, PARUL INSTITUTE OF
MANAGEMENT, BARODA, ROFEL BUSINESS SCHOOL, VAPI ETC.
THEIR COURSES ARE VERY MUCH CAREER-ORIENTED, IN LINES OF
CORPORATE EXPECTATIONS AND PROVIDING INDUSTRY
APPRECIATED DUAL SPECIALISATION, ULTIMATELY TARGETTED TO
GIVE BETTER PLACEMENTS TO THEIR STUDENTS.
SO RE-WORK ON YOUR CAREER STRATEGIES.
-ALL THE BEST-
