SRI BELDONA, CONCENTRATION DIRECTOR The Global Business concentration is designed to prepare professional managers for multinational and import-export businesses. This concentration provides students with a general comprehension of the ways in which modern business methods are applied to the special requirements and restrictions of international trade, finance and operations. Course requirements consider the needs of both U.S. and International students in order to prepare you for work abroad or in international operations in your home country or as a third country national. Teamwork and collaboration are required in all courses as well as a final practical hands-on project completed in the Capstone experience. Considerations of culture and leadership in a virtual environment are presented in many of the courses. Participation in a Graduate School of Management’s International Study Tour course is required and, though not required, proficiency in a foreign language is recommended to enhance a student’s global education.
