The personnel manager of Raj Industries decided to celebrate National safety day at the factorys premises. He wanted to meet the supervisors and inform everyone about the safety day celebrations. He sent a memo requesting supervisors to be present in a room, which is primarily meant for firing indisciplined employees. As the supervisors read the memo, they all got panickly thinking that now it was their turn to get fired. The workers also learnt about it and decided to support their supervisors. As a consequence, everybody struck work and the factory came to a grinding halt.
