Before I started the MCBS Program I was attending

Valencia College with no real goal for my future career. I was becoming very bored and unmotivated by the

mundane general ed classes I was taking to work towards

getting my AA.

At one point while attending Valencia I thought I wanted to do something that involved

philosophy because it was one subject that actually interested me, but I didn’t want that to be

my full time profession.

I still enjoy the subject and hope to somehow

incorporate into my future career.

Although I have always loved connecting with people, only recently has my interested in the communications field

been sparked. This past summer I traveled Europe where I met a variety of people and experienced an abundance of

diverse culture.

These experiences helped me realize I no longer

wanted to attend a school with no direction that didn’t inspire me, but instead I wanted to do

something related to mass communications or digital media that could possibly

allow me to travel, connect with people and communicate on a large

scale.

After some research on varies University degree programs I found that Full Sail provided the hands on experience and one-on-one collaboration that matched

my personal learning style.

Since joining the MCBS program, I have done a lot of research about the vast job options that this field allows, there are so many potential careers

that already greatly interest me, specifically advertising.
