There may be different kinds of meetings as sales/purchase inventory management, administrative and Finance. There is a list of members along with their address and other details for different meetings. The list should be maintained in a database of a system. members are distinct in different meetings scheduling of meetings needs booking of conference room, fixing date time and members are informed through an e-mail. Parallel meeting are not permitted

The system should maintain the schedule for advertisement in the newspaper, processing the application for sending the admit card, to students, identifying the centres for conducting the examination and finally announcing the result in newspaper as well as on-line. It also maintains appropriate databases.

1. Admission procedure in a university is as follows : An advertisement is issued giving essential qualifications for the course, the last date for receipt of application, and the fee to be enclosed with the application which is verified by the dealing clerk. The application forms are sent to the concerned academic department. The department checks the application in detail and decides the applicants to be admitted, rejected or to be kept in waiting list. Appropriate letters are sent to the Registrar's office which intimates the applicant.

If renewal subscription is not received upto two weeks before the expiry of the subscription, the subscriber's name is removed from the mailing list and the subscriber is informed.

1. X and Y are starting a bed and breakfast service in a small town. They will have four rooms for guests. They want a system to manage the reservation and to monitor expenses and profits. When a potential customer calls for reservation, they will check the calendar and if there is a vacancy, they will enter the customer name, address, phone number, dates, agreed upon price, credit card number and room number (s). Reservation must be guaranteed by 1 day's payment. Reservation will be held without guarantee for an agreed upon time. If not guaranteed by that date, the reservation will be dropped.
