About us

Since its establishment in 1994, MCM has grown into a nationwide service provider, serving Clients from Milan to all the major Italian cities.

We are an Italian organization made up of architects, engineers, planners and construction professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate including the physical, financial and legal characteristics of a property in question of acquisition or financing.

Additionally, we manage all issues pertaining to the construction of new properties or the refurbishment of existing facilities.

We are capable of addressing any property type including office, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential/multi-family.

We started by providing Turnkey Project Management solutions in the Telecommunications Industry to supply Clients with the finished buildings through a turnkey solution including:

Design•Planning•Equipment Specification•Procurement•Construction•Work Direction•Installation•Testing and Commissioning•Facility Management•

We moved then to other industrial types of properties and to commercial and residential developments, while continuing to provide the same type of service and performance that was offered for the hyper-technological centres during the Nineties, which demonstrated our ability to work to obtain very high performing targets.
