This extraordinary function facility and restaurant is fully licensed – with a superb menu as well as tailor-made catering options to suite your individual taste, requirement and budget.

Our venue can accommodate up to 180 guests. All additional requirements may be arranged with our in-house co-ordinator. This includes ceremony equipment hire, floral décor, printed menus, minister, photography, videographer, music, etc.

The above rates includes the following:• Set up from 8am on the day of the event (limited to working around patrons)

• Exclusive use of the venue from 14:30 pm until midnight

• Use of the sound system with good selection of music to suit most tastes (includes

various wedding marches, etc.)

• No need for a DJ, but should you want one, they would need* to “plug in” to our

system

• Use of the wedding chapel

• Tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware

• Cake stand, seating stand

What you need to supply:• Personal décor e.g.: Table cloths, overlays, flowers

and whatever else you would like to add• A flash drive with your Wedding March, First Dance &

music for the evening.

CONFERENCINGThe Conference area comfortably accommodates between 10-40 delegates. Standard equipment such as flipchart, white board and a pull down screen for data projection are provided.

Conference Rates:Full Day (including lunch) 260.00 per delegate

Half Day (including lunch) 230.00 per delegate

Half Day (excluding lunch) 180.00 per delegate

Special dietary requirements 22.00 per delegate

Paper, pens, flipchart-paper and markers, water and mints are all included.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum fee for conferencing is R1100.00.

The above “Full and Half Day Rates” are reduced by 25% for participants who also make use of the comfortable accommodation facilities available at McPherson’s B&B.

KID’S PARTIES & BABY SHOWERSAt McPherson’s we offer an affordable, hassle free solution to Kid’s Parties and Baby Showers.

We offer you a reserved section of out restaurant for a venue fee of R700 ex VAT.What does this get you?

1. Exlusive use of your selected area for your sitting.2. Freedom to decorate, and make your area your own.3. Use of any of our benches, tables & chairs.4. Freedom to bring eats & drinks for the kids, and for baby showers you have freedom to bring cupcakes and or cakes.

We also have a selection of castles to suit your needs, starting at R195, ask for a brochure from your waiter.
