I watch mostly mass market films as my favourite genres are mainly the safe genres that the big six would produce.

However most of the horror films that I watch are created by independent film companies.

This could be because these films weren’t made by media conglomerates or that the films weren’t big enough therefore the production company wouldn’t make any money off them.
