This is me. My name is Luis. I live in Mexico.

This is my world. It is called Earth. It looks like a giant ball.

Come join me on a trip to find my place in the world and learn more about the country I live in.

To find my special place on the map. First I look at the map of the world and find my continent.

The country of Mexico.

Then I look at the map of my continent and find my country.

I notice my country shares its borders with other countries.

The Pacific Ocean is on the West coast

I notice my country shares its coast with two bodies of water.

The Gulf of Mexico is on the East coast

Mexico has 31 states and 1 federal district.

I live in the state called Hidalgo.

Next, I look at the map of my country and find my state.

Then I look at the map of my state and find my city.

The name of my city is Pachuca. It is the capital of Hidalgo.

Then I look at the map and find the street my school is on.
