    Material Science Homework Assignment Due Wednesday, Jan 25, 2012

    1) Choose a topic below, or email me another topic by Friday, Jan 20, 2012.

    2) Pick one of the topics below and write an essay on it.

    References- 1 internet reference, textbook, 1 library, 1 technical journal.

    No copying, you can paraphrase & summarize material

    1 inch margins, 12 pt font or smaller.

    Your essay should have a cover page, a body of at least 4 pages, and a list of references on page 6. Double-spaced, use figures reasonably.

    Grading will be based on accuracy, references, following instructions, answering the questions below, and length.

    characteristics?
