Recycle Dumpsters at MP1 Our CDD staff is forced to clean up after people who leave their recycling outside of a filled dump-ster! If it doesn’t fit in the recycling dumpster, please take your recycling to other recycling drop-offs: the firehouse, Sand Pine Elementary, John Long Middle School, or Meadow Pointe 2!

We have also had people leave old furniture and unwanted household items in the parking lot. Anything that does not fit in the Goodwill box should be taken directly to the Goodwill Store on 56. Please note, the garbage dumpsters at Meadow Pointe 1 are for the clubhouse use only!

Exterior Cleaning Tips Clean mold and dirt off your mailbox and post with a mixture of 2 – 4 ounces of bleach, 1 tablespoon dish soap and 1 gallon of warm water. Use a rag and

scrub brush to clean off all the grime. It may look so good, repainting the post may not be necessary.

For mold on house exterior, use a garden hose and hose end sprayer bottle filled with half bleach and half liquid laundry detergent. Spray solution onto the exterior, let it set for 15 minutes, and then rinse with plain water. If the mold is heavy, a broom or brush may be needed to clean the surface before rinsing with plain water.

Architectural Review If you are thinking of changing the look of the outside of your house (paint, roofing, pool cage, etc), please don’t forget to submit an Architectural Review Application found on our website (www.meadowpointecdd.com) or at the CDD Office. A wide variety of approved paint colors, as well as roofing colors can be found at the CDD Office. Be sure the colors you choose are on the approved list.
