BUDGET??
A budget is a statement of the estimates of receipts and expenditure during the period of financial year.

GOVERNMENTBUDGET
Reallocation of Resources.Government tries to reallocate the resources
of a country as per the social and economic need of country , which is done by
Tax concession or Subsidies.
Directly providing goods and services.
Reducing inequality of income and wealth.
The govt. tries to remove inequality in income by its budget, by imposing high tax on Rich and low on Poor .
This is also Known as Taxation Policy.
Economic Stability The Govt. prevent Situations of Boon i.e.
Inflation and Depration by adopting the,
Policy of Surplus during Inflation Policy of deficit during Depration
Management Of Public Expenditure
Govt. establishes many large PSUs and other necessary services for its citizens ; hence budget is prepared keeping in mind for various provisions and financial needs for such arrangements .
