You can use lots of things to measure stuff for example a ruler, a4 paper & a dollar coin You can use measurements in cooking, baking & in hospitals Lots of people use measurement in life 3. Meters are normally 100 cm 50 cm is half a meter A one dollar coin is 2 cm There is usually 3 sizes of rulers 1 has only 15 cm & 6 inches. Another one is 30 cm & 11 inches. The last one is meter ruler, it has 100 cm & has more than 15 inches. 4. Measuring is also used in baking. Measuring cups are one type of measurement used in baking. We have measurement in baking because it would be easier to count how much we need to add. 5. Pots & pans Pots & pans are useful to hold things that we measure. It makes our cooking easier like macaroni and cheese. Water & oil We need to measure water to get the right amount. We use oil in cooking to get the right amount other wise our food will get all oily. 6. SEWING We use a measuring tape to measure people so we get the right size. We measure clothes to make them fit right If we didnt have measurement we wouldnt get the right size We can make different sizes 7. We measure medicine as well as other things.
