MECFOND Aerospace isconstantly concerned of improving its processes through monitoring performances and minimizing wastes of time, money, materials, energy and any other resource.

Continuousimprovement of quality is determined throughout the whole production process in compliance with

the most restrictive aeronautical standards. The company developed an internal quality department which is fully dedicated to meet customers expectations.

MECFOND Aerospace has improved its capabilities with a fully verticalized production process. The company is able to process orders by taking care of all aspects. These include the purchase of materials, the design and production of tools and components. Tooling is supported by Mecfond S.p.A.

Over the last four years, MECFOND Aerospace invested considerably to upgrade its production technology.The company is now able to process items of large dimensions directly on HIGH SPEED machines ensuring best delivery times. New investment programs include surface treatment systems.

The Company’s target isto apply continuous process improvement in order to achieve competitive pricing in the market place.MECFOND Aerospace is committed to provide customer with the right solutions while meeting cost targets.
