He has successfully provided Mechanical Engineering design services for the medical, automotive, aerospace and consumer product industries. He has a proven track record taking a concept and creating an innovative design solution utilizing the most pragmatic procurement process within the scope of the products marketing parameters. Some of the processes he excels at are plastic and rubber injection molding, metal injection molding (MIM), reaction injection molding (RIM), rotational molding, thermo-formed plastic, precision sheet metal design, high density electro-mechanical packaging, die and investment castings, mechanisms and complex machined parts using GD&T.
