NOTE: 162 space @$15 per month, are available, 205 sold (26% oversell). Some sold permits not

parking on roof top (Commons Brewery Lot per earlier slide), so use will increase in the fall even if no

change in the number of permits. 79 on waiting list.

Increase total to 172 permits and monitor when Commons Brewery opens to see if more permits can be

sold.
