Advertising formats

To ensure final print quality, we accept the following formats:

TEXT - Word, Notepad or plain email

File formats - Adobe Photoshop / InDesign - Corel Draw up to version 12 - Publisher up to 2000 - Power point - Microsoft word or ExcelPictures and graphics - Preferably tiff files or eps, pdf, or Photoshop psd in a minimum of 300 dpi resolution in cmyk with black text in 100% black.

Text should be accessible either in a ‘layer’ or a separate word file.

Although we endeavour to enhance any photos supplied to obtain the best print result, we cannot guarantee print production quality if the photos supplied are not to the quality mentioned above. We can only reproduce to the quality clients send in. Scanned flyers/business cards for logos usually have to be totally redrawn or reset. Original logos only. Any pictures should be sent separately in any of the above formats and NOT embedded in the document.
