Banner advertisements:The following data formats can be integrated: JPG, GIF, PNG. An integration of flash-formats (FLV) is not possible.
Electronic advertisements:Advertisements as printable PDF-files (PDF/X-3), resolution at least 300 dpi with embedded text.
Graphics/images: All image files must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi and be in CMYK-mode. Permissible data-formats are JPG-, TIFF- and EPS-files.
Inserts/tip-ins/bookmarks/ Banderoles:Prior to acceptance and confirmation of the order, a binding model including information on size, material and weight must be submitted. Material will only be received after approval of the publisher and the post, and are not permitted to promote anything other than the products and services of an advertiser. According to postal regulations the material must be designed in such a way that it cannot be mistaken for the editorial section. Upon request, we can also handle the printing process.
InsertsInserts are loosely placed inside the magazine and must be designed and produced in such a way that no further processing is necessary. Complications and additional work (e.g. clinching) are invoiced separately.
Tip-insTip-ins can be booked as a 4- or 8-page, but only for the complete edition, plus one Carrier display (1/1 page). Glues may be a maximum Format of 190 mm x 277 mm (width x height) own.
Warranty: The publisher does not assume liability for deviations in texts, images and colours of delivered PDF files.
