Version 1 was created by Grace Blick, who also came up with the storylines for the trailer. After creating Version 1, it was apparent that the trailer wouldn't be long enough. Therefore, Grace took it upon herself to add more scenes into

the trailer and as a result created Version 2 of the storyboard.

Version 2 is noticeably longer than Version 1. Version 2 includes extra scenes such as the extreme close up of a picture of a couple. A new thread line is introduced into the Version 2. The new thread line is the repeated extreme close up of the bracelet. The bracelet is worn by the murderer at the beginning of the trailer. However it is seen throughout, therefore suggesting that the man wearing

the bracelet has been a part of every storyline.

In Version 3, there are many added scenes and titles. For example, the word ‘MURDER’ flashes on screen after we see Martin Smith at the bottom of the stairs. Version 3 was created when Jess

Davis and Daniel Parsons filmed the pub scenes differently to what was set on Version 2. Therefore, Grace allocated Jess the job of redrawing the storyboard so that it matched what they had filmed. The storyboard was not drawn and finalised until the first draft of our edited trailer was

completed. Therefore, Version 3 of the storyboard matches the first edited draft of the trailer.
