Problem Oriented Medical Record(POMR) - new move
- more logical particularly at the stage before a firm diagnosis

*avoid jumped to a diagnosis too early

grade III-IV retinopathy)

• Impending complications (for example, transient ischaemic attack, left ventricular failure)
