BReform Print Driver will add a unique Tag Doc barcode representing the relevant MSC entered information

C Forms are sent to Recipients using Rightfax for completion and signatures.

Once the documents are completed, Recipients fax the documents back to MSC

EReform captures the documents from Rightfax using the previously generated Tag Doc barcode

FThe completed forms are then automatically routed to Document Mall and/or MSC Users using the indexing encoded in the Tag Doc barcode

User can specify location and also enter the indexing information for the document using the Form Filler on the MOST MFP screen

BOnce the user “Send Data” Reform will extract the data inputted by the user and the data will automatically be input on the form. A copy of the form is sent to Document Mall.

CUser will also have the option to print. In this case, user can scan the forms and specify directory locations, indexes, descriptions, etc. right from the MFP screen.
