• Established partnerships–over 100 partners throughout the state
• Oracle application with web front-end
• Distributed data entry philosophy
• Organized with the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) taxonomy
Used Existing Database: Community Connection
• Established selection policy
• Established a resource review policy
• Mapped relationship of AIRS taxonomy (providers) to Go Local health topics (conditions): Non-synonymous mapping
• Identified subset of resources in Community Connection to be part of Go Local site
• Went live on March 17, 2004!
Accomplishments
• Correct errors in existing records
• Find and reclassify resources in the database that should be included, but have not chosen correct AIRS terms
• Develop the collection of resources through statewide partners and automatic data feeds
• Manage the map between AIRS and Go Local health topics

• Maintenance: 5-80 Hours/week
