EPIC AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION

EPIC is abbreviated as Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC). EPIC card is none other than

your own Voter ID card. Aadhaar seeding is a process by which Aadhaar numbers of residents

are included in the service delivery database of service providers for enabling de-duplication of

database and Aadhaar based authentication during service delivery. The Purpose of this Service

is to Seed Citizen Aadhaar Number with his/her respective EPIC Card by Approaching MeeSeva

with free of cost.

Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk End: -

This section contains instructions for the operators of the MeeSeva web application to apply for EPIC

AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION.

1) In MeeSeva home screen, under List of Services, select Election Department as depicted in

Figure 1.

2) Select EPIC AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION Service under Election Department as depicted

in Figure 2.

2) Now EPIC AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION Details Screen will be displayed as depicted I

in Figure3

4) Select the District and Enter EPIC Card No and click on View Status Button as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Now EPIC AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION Details Screen will be displayed as depicted in

Figure 5

Note: If Aadhar is already seeded with EPIC Card, A Status message will be display as BLO verified

and ERO Approved. Applicant no need to avail this service and the system will not accept for further

process.

6) Now Enter Aadhar No and Click on Check Aadhar Details It Displays the Aadhar Details as depicted

in Figure 6.

7) Enter Informant details such as Informant Name and Informant Mobile No and click on Seed Aadhar

Details as depicted in figure 7.

Note: If Aadhar No entered by Applicant is wrong, they can click on Change Aadhar to reset the Aadhar

details

8) Click OK button for confirm the details such as District, EPIC Card No, Aadhar No as depicted in

figure 8.

9) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt will

contain the date and Electoral Name, Informant Name, EPIC Card No, Aadhar Card No.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for EPIC

AADHAR SEEDING APPLICATION Application has been entered vide Application Number,

Transaction Id.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in otherwise request will not be accepted by the system.
