We provide personalized attention and inspiring surroundings ideal for executive retreats, family reunions, car and motorcycle clubs and romantic wedding celebrations alike. Among our 17,000 square feet of function space you’ll find an array of indoor and outdoor spaces that make it easy to connect, collaborate, or celebrate. You can also count on our friendly staff to ensure a customized experienced tailored to your specific needs.

We Invite You to review through this guide and to ask our dedicated sales team any questions. Inside you will find descriptions and pictures of event and meeting spaces as well as all of our banquets menus. Below are our most basic policies for your quick reference.Fontana Village Resort has an assortment of meeting spaces to fit your needs. A 25% deposit on any meeting space is required to hold the room. Our banquets team can prepare meals for any sized group. However, we do require a minimum of 20 guests to serve on a buffet, groups of 20 or less may be served family style or plated. Your menus and headcounts should be finalized 30 days prior to your event. Your final guest count is due 72 hours prior to your event. After your final guarantee we will not be able to remove anyone from your food order.

Fontana Village offers a wide range of event and meeting space rentals that are priced to match any group’s budget. The Event Hall is the largest and most versatile meeting space at the Resort and can accommodate 400 or more guests in the 9,000 ft2 Main Event Hall. The Event Hall complex also features a large lobby and reception area with a bar and lounge as well as two auxiliary parlors, the Card Room and Library which are perfect for breakout sessions and small group workshops. The Event Hall complex shown below can be used in almost any configuration to meet your event needs.

The Chestnut Room is a spacious meeting and banquet room located in the Town Hall building just off of Highway 28 at the entrance of the Resort. The private location is great for group gatherings or low-key catered events.

Nature’s Beauty abounds at Fontana Village Resort! There are many outdoor venues for your event, meal, or gathering. Enjoy a roaring bonfire in the evening at one of our firepits which can be privately rented. Or, feel the refreshing mountain breeze at the open air Wildwood Sundeck for a catered event. Please let our Sales staff know if you are interested in hosting an outdoor event or to learn more about other possible options.

The Wildwood Sundeck is adjacent to the Events Hall Complex and the Dogwood Suite so is the perfect addition to the rental of either of these banquet halls to provide an exciting outdoor element to your event, or as a standalone rental space. The Sundeck has a capacity of 40-60 guests.

The Putt Putt Firepit is conveniently located in the Village Center overlooking the softball field. Guests will feel comfortable and at home at this casual rental space. The Putt Putt Firepit can accommodate 25-40 guests. Ask our Sales staff about firewood deliveries and additional rentals.

The Laurel Brook Firepit is the centerpiece of our outdoor venues with a large firepit, incredible ambiance, and plenty of room for tables and seating. The Laurel Brook can accommodate 40-60 guests in a number of possible configurations. Firewood can also be delivered to this location.

All indoor banquet room rental fees include tables, chairs, and white linens. Outdoor locations may rent tables and chairs to be delivered at the below listed rental rates. Outside food and beverages are prohibited in indoor meeting spaces other than the Oak Suite and Chestnut Room. Selling and distribution of alcoholic beverages is

only permitted by Fontana Village Resort. In the event of damages to property and/or equipment, charges will be assessed and billed accordingly. Time limits for meeting space rental vary by event, arrangements will be

coordinated through Fontana Village Sales Managers.
