The Program is a comprehensive outpatient diabetes education program in compliance with the Diabetes Self-Management & Support Service accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE).

Therapy Services 207-834-3387Services include a range of inpatient and outpatient Occupational Therapy; inpatient Physical Therapy with emphasis on functional, progressive approach to rehabilitation of injuries and restoration of function; Speech therapy and swallow evaluations.
Swing Bed Unit 207-834-1683The goal of the swing bed program is to return the patient to a permanent living situation as soon as possible after hospitalization. The emphasis is on returning the patient to their home or other living situation.
Social Work 207-834-1686Social Workers are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team available to assess, plan, and coordinate services during the hospital stay and after discharge.

Women’s Pelvic Therapy 207-834-3387Patients are accepted by referral from Primary Care Providers. We work with women who are dealing with urinary incontinence, urgency and frequency of urination and the treatment of pelvic prolapse and associated pain.
