Welcome The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center is the only hotel directly connected to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the ultimate convenience to walk between the hotel, the terminals and other services at Airport City Schiphol. All 406 comfortable, sound-proofed rooms and suites feature the signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Bed for a good night’s sleep. Bringing people together, our recently renovated conference center offers the largest variety of meeting rooms in the airport area and has a reputation for hosting successful meetings.

Rooms After a long day, the comfort of our spacious guest rooms and suites provides just what you need to relax. The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel offers a total of 406 rooms, including 7 suites and one Tower Suite. We offer connecting rooms (available upon request) as well as day use rooms. To continue business or just stay in touch, enjoy a large work desk with wireless Internet access. Naturally, you’ll want to get some rest after a long day, which is why our Sweet Sleeper® Bed was inspired by the high-quality bedding you enjoy in your own home. We would not have it any other way. The guest rooms are divided in the room types Deluxe, Club, Executive Club, Suite and Tower Suite.

Voyager Restaurant The Voyager Restaurant offers a hot and cold seasonal buffet for breakfast and lunch (Monday to Friday). Our à la carte menu changes every three months and takes you on a journey through international cuisines.

Runway Café Sit back and relax while you enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Runway Café, serving a wide variety of special beers and casual dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is the ideal meeting place at the airport. Join us every Friday for Happy Hour at the Runway Café.

The Gate Bar In the 30-meter high atrium, The Gate Bar has just the right atmosphere for a peaceful moment over a hot or cold drink and a small bite. After a full day of travelling, working or sightseeing, it is a great place to connect with friends or colleagues.

Sheraton Club Located on the 8th floor of the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel, you can find the Sheraton Club. Enjoy complimentary access to the Sheraton Club when booking a Club room, where you can check-in and out privately. Featuring 31 meeting rooms across 3 different floors, Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center currently offers the largest meeting space directly located at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, which has been completely renovated mid-2014. From intimate boardrooms to large function spaces, our wide choice of meeting rooms can comfortably welcome anywhere from four to 550 guests. Combined with the warm service of our experienced conference and banqueting team and advanced technology to help you build new connections, our variety of meeting spaces make us the ideal place to bring people together at the airport. Universe The Universe is the most spacious room with 420m2. This is the ideal room to host large meetings, gala dinners or exclusive presentations. The Universe offers a maximum capacity of 380 people for a dinner and 360 people in theatre style. If required the Universe could be divided into three rooms and extended with the Skyway and Stargate Foyer.

Solar The Solar boardroom is our most luxurious room and is suitable for meetings up to 20 people.This executive boardroom offers the perfect combination of advanced technology and modern luxury. This ultimate meeting environment adds privacy and comfort to your gathering.

Tower Suite Boardroom The modern Tower Suite on the top floor has a soundproof boardroom which can be reserved separately as a luxurious meeting room with a unique view of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The Tower Suite has a capacity for up to 7 delegates with a large conference table, a comfortable sitting area and a separate entrance.

Boardrooms The Boardrooms are located on the second floor of the hotel. They all have natural daylight and a maximum capacity of 10 persons. The rooms feature ergonomically designed business chairs, LCD projector, a white-board, a flipchart and complimentary Wi-Fi. For your breaks we offer an extensive buffet outside the room with coffee, tea, biscuits and soft drinks.

We offer you a choice of three 8-hour meeting packages in a range of €75.00 to €105.00 per delegate. All meeting packages include:

Business Class – between €75.00 and €85.00 per person This package includes a seasonal lunch buffet, consisting of a selection of 2 open sandwiches (meat/fish/vegetarian), a ‘create-your-own-sandwich’ station, 3 kinds of composed salads, 1 snack, seasonal soup, 2 warm items, 3 kinds of desserts, cheese platter, smoothie and fruit basket. Your guests can make use of the main buffet on our Conference Level or in the foyer on the 2nd floor. We will create a private buffet for parties larger than 35 delegates.

Min. of 10 delegates required. Day Delegate Rate depends on seasonality.

First Class – between €85.00 and €95.00 per person This package includes a 4-course international lunch buffet, consisting of 3 cold cuts of meat and 3 types of fish, 5 kinds of composed salads, salad bar, 6 warm items, seasonal soup, dessert buffet, cheese platter, assortment of bread and a fruit basket. During the lunch 2 glasses of soft drink, beer or house wine are included. Your guests can use the buffet in the Voyager Restaurant. We will create a private buffet for parties larger than 35 delegates.

Executive Business Class (Solar & Lunar) – between €95.00 and €105.00 per person The Executive Business Class package includes a morning break served with cupcakes and an afternoon break with an assortment of pastries. The executive sandwich lunch will be served in the meeting room. This lunch consists of 3 kinds of bio sandwiches, different kinds of sushi, seasonal soup, warm pasta dish, bites (yakitori and tempura shrimps), smoothies, fruit basket and a homemade pastries assortment. During the lunch 2 glasses of soft drink, beer or house wine are included.

The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel & Conference Center has successfully obtained the Green Key Certificate – Gold Status, as a result of environmental responsibility within the hotel. Find out how you can experience eco-friendly initiatives during your meetings.

• Sustainable Meeting options and “Clutter Free Meetings” where notepads, pens and mints are set as

stations in meeting rooms, instead of at each setting, to reduce waste.

• Paperless sales tools are used to cut down on printing: StarGroups - personalized event website for

groups, where attendees make their own reservations online, as well as electronic menus, proposals,

brochures and invoices.

• Green energy and energy saving initiatives such as LED-lights and energy management systems in order to

reduce energy consumption.
