MINUTES OF THE MEETING MEETING FOR GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND BATTLE OF THE WITS

I) UPDATES
1) Recruitment Week
i) Booth - if morning batch, make sure you know
who is in charge for the afternoon; leave a note
when you'll leave the booth na walang bantay,
and hand over the reg form and money to the
afternoon bantay (CORE MEMBERS
ASSIGNED TO THE BOOTH)
ii) Payments - remind the sections with unpaid
(COMMU)
iii) Stickers - during distrib week, the
representative to get the handout will also bring
the IDs of their blockmates who are STC
members to be stickered (CORE ASSIGNED
FOR DISTRIB)
iv) Promotions - promote because the
recruitment is still up to wednesday (COMMU)
2) New subjects
Pharmacology - coordinate with Sol (SER)
3) Merch Producer Status
- partner benefits are at risk, but unsure (LIM)
4) Photoshoot
- letter in process (CLANG)
5) Financial Status
- currently with 60k from membership fees
- with 15k reimbursement incoming; and 15k
more next sem
- It was estimated that a total of 15k more will be
spent for handouts this sem; 10-15k for GA; 10k
for BotW; 15k for handouts next sem
Thus,
60k + 15k + 15k - (15k + 15k + 10k + 15k) = 35k
estimate excess money
Thus, we must be able to utilize that excess
money for something productive, specifically a
major activity for the 2nd sem

order for (SER) to demonstrate the different
tasks to be done during the BotW
