• Usability: as simple as possible! Functions that will help users:– Spell checking– Track changes, keeping track of the different versions of questions
and answers– Notification service, (action and information emails including link to
relevant question) • API allowing an external script to create questions automatically• Extensibility: as flexible as possible, so it can be adapted to other
review processes• Reliability: must be able to handle the expected number of
contributors at a given time
