The Australian Corporate Triathlon Series 2017 is returning to Melbourne on Sunday 5th March 2017 to Elwood Beach, a fantastic fun event to build camaraderie and challenge your colleagues to take their health and wellbeing to another level. Fred and Ginger Catering are excited to again be exclusive caterers at this iconic sporting event.
Booking information ą All marquee and catering bookings are handled by Fred and Ginger Catering
ą All prices listed include 10% GST
ą Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a fully completed booking form (refer to page 9 and 10)
ą Please ensure you sign that you have read and agree to the event terms and conditions located on our website
ą Please ensure full payment details are completed on the booking form
Official suppliers ą Harry the Hirer is the official marquee and equipment supplier
ą Fred and Ginger Catering Pty Ltd are the official catering supplier
ą No other hire or catering companies will be permitted access to the event
Signage ą All marquees will be provided with a company sign on the front in capital letters, in the interest of event sponsors no logos are allowed
ą Each marquee is permitted to display one company sign no larger than 600mm x 1200mm on the inside of the marquee only
Event restrictions ą No BYO Alcohol is permitted at the event
ą Clients are not permitted to bring BBQ’s onto the site
Marquee and catering confirmation ą No bookings will be confirmed until a completed reservation form and full payment has been received
ą New bookings, alterations and additions to catering, marquee and equipment orders can be made up until Wednesday 22nd February 2017
ą Marquee and catering information inclusive of your marquee locations will be notified in writing no later than Wednesday 22nd February 2017

MARQUEE OPTIONS & COSTSOPTION 1 – Finish Line Marquees
Finish Line marquees are a great way to host your competitors and guests on event day. The marquees include a basic furniture package and a selection of catering options (additional costs apply for catering).

ą Corflute sign with company name placed on front of Marquee (no logos)
ą Option to purchase catering or self-catering permitted
ą Option to purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages

OPTION 2 – Head Street Marquees
Head Street marquee sites provide a haven for your guests and guarantee you a prime location to watch the event. The marquees include a basic furniture package and a selection of catering options (additional costs apply for catering).

ą Selection of catering packages to purchase (Clients electing to take a marquee in Head Street are required to purchase a catering package)

OPTION 3 – The Last Transition Lounge COST @ $110.000 per guest (No minimum bookings apply)
The ultimate in pre and post race entertaining, newly created, The Last Transition Lounge is a fully furnished, catered and serviced syndicated marquee. Located in prime position next to the finish line. Perfect for Businesses who may not have enough participants to book a standalone marquee but still want to be part of the post-race atmosphere. Last Transition Lounge is a great networking opportunity!

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Clients in a marquee wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages will be required to pay a nominal liquor licence fee of $40.00. (This covers the cost of a roving Fred and Ginger Staff member holding an RSA certificate to monitor alcohol consumption in marquees, as required by licensing laws).
