three (3) copies of ‘Bills Collection Slip’completely.

Under ‘Subscriber/Policy/Card Number’ , writethe ACCOUNT NUMBER of the item you are

paying for.

Under ‘Subscriber/Policy Holder/Cardholder

Name’ , write the name you registered with

Auction.ph Under ‘Total Payment’ , place the same

amount as reflected from your Statement of

Account



For Over-the-Counter transactions:

B. Wait for your transaction to be

processed.

C. Get the transaction receipt and keep for

reference.



E-Money (or the Cashable

type) A. Go to your E-Money account in My

Auction

B. Enter the amount you want to convertand click Convert to E-Money.

* Make sure that your Virtual Account has

an available balance to make the

conversion possible.



Globe GCash

select GCash as the payment option

Make sure that your mobile numberis registered to use GCash and has

enough funds to pay for the item.



Delivery

The item will be delivered by thedesignated logistics company of

your seller.

If you have not received the

purchased item, you shouldimmediately notify auction.ph

and the Company shall

immediately notify the seller. If

seller cannot present any

evidence of delivery withinseven (7) days after notification,

the Company shall refund your

purchase money.



Auction.ph Policies

A bidder who participated in the auction cannot withdraw the biddingarbitrarily without the seller's permission.

A winning bidder should fulfill his obligations

Non-payment of item won is prohibited.

Shill bidding or bidding to increase the item price is strictly prohibited

Buyer should register the correct delivery address and must be present atthat address, or a duly authorized representative, upon delivery of an itemwon.

The buyer should remit payment within 7 days after winning the bid.Otherwise, the Company shall regard it as a refusal and the auction shallbe canceled.

The bidder shall be responsible for the errors in the amount of money, the

omissions and errors of information about remittance. It is understood that every member should cooperate in resulting conflicts,

as stated in the User Agreement.



Common Policies on

Payment Remittance of Payment by Buyer

1. The buyer should remit item payment within

a specified number of days after successful

bidding or buying. The Company shall post

the steps on the service site on how to pay

and make a refund.

2. The buyer shall be responsible for the errorsin the amount of money, the omissions and

errors of information about remittance; the

Company has no responsibility for such.



Common Policies on

Payment Request for remittance due to the delay of buyer’s approval

1. The seller can request the remittance of item payment

should the buyer fail to confirm the purchase or torequest for refund or exchange within a specified

number of days by submitting documentary evidence

that the item has been delivered. The Company, in such

case, will remit the item payment to the seller.

2. The seller shall be responsible for the goods returned or

exchanged by the buyer and the Company is free from

any liability therefrom.



Common Policies on

Payment TRANSACTION FEES:

1. Posting Fee - the charge for listing an item by the seller on the servicesite either through the selling or auction system

1. Additional Service Fee - the charge for listing enhancement and otherseller’s advertising tools

1. Final Value Fee – charged to the seller for the successful selling of his

item. It is computed based on the final amount of the item.

The Company shall have the right to modify or amend the provisions onfees.



Common Policies on

Delivery of Item/s 1. The seller shall make arrangement

for the delivery and post details of

delivery in the service menu

screen provided.

1. The Company shall send a

message to the buyer confirming

that the item will bedelivered. Buyer can check the

information about the delivery from

the e-mail.



Common Policies on

Delivery of Item/s 3. When the seller fails to confirm delivery

after receiving confirmation of item

payment from the buyer, the auction or

sale shall be cancelled. This shall havean influence on the seller’s credibility.

4. When seller makes delivery

arrangements, he/she should ensure thatthe item/s will be delivered and received

in good condition.



Common Policies on

Delivery of Item/s 5. When there is a conflict among the seller,

buyer, and the logistics company

regarding delivery, all concerned parties

should negotiate to resolve suchconflict. The Company assumes no

responsibility for such conflict.



Common Policies on

Returning Items/Refunding 1. If the buyer does not receive the purchased item/s or goods

within a specified number of days, the buyer should notify

the Company through e-mail, phone, fax, etc. In such a

case, the Company shall immediately notify the seller. If

seller cannot present any evidence of delivery within a

specified number of days, the Company shall refund the

item payment to the buyer.

2. Buyer can return or exchange a purchased item within a

specified number of days after receiving it. Seller shallaccept the returned item/s except on the following cases:

Returning Items/Refunding Damage to the items caused by the

buyer (except in packaging whenbuyer has to check the contents)

A fatal decline of value of the item byusing or consuming parts of the itemas a whole.

In cases that it is hard to re-sellbecause of fatal decline in the valueof the item.

When it is not allowed to returngoods under any related existinglaw.

Returning Items/Refunding 5. When the buyer returns a purchased

item/s or goods to the seller, the buyer

must make sure that the same is properly

packed and shipped safely.



Common Policies on

Returning Items/Refunding 6. Buyer can request for refund of item

payment by presenting evidence of

shipping the returned item/s. In such

case, the Company will refund to thebuyer. However, the Company can

suspend the refund when seller is not

able to receive the returned item/s.



Common Policies on

Returning Items/Refunding 7. When there is a dispute

among the seller, buyer, and

the logistics company

regarding shipping ordelivery, the concerned

parties themselves should

negotiate to resolve their

conflict, and the Companyassumes no responsibility for

such conflict.
