The JI Roof 1000 LPCB certified Trapezoidal Insulated Roof Panel is used for pitched roofs or horizontal and vertical wall application. As an external insulated cladding panel for industrial, commercial and public buildings. Due to its metal inner and outer sheet, it combines thermal resistance and big spans. The minimum pitch to be applied is 4° or more after de-flection.

A1. External weather sheet (Profile 45/333/1000) Joris Ide offers one of the widest ranges in coatings and colors which can be defined per project and building requirements.

HPS 200 Ultra®

HPS 200 Ultra® consists of Galvalloy, 95:5% zinc/aluminium alloy coated steel, with a coating weight of 255 gm–2, manufactured to BS EN 10346 : 2009, coated on the face side with a primer and the HPS200 plastisol.

Confidex® guarantee available.

Plastisol Leather

Plastisol Leather consists of Z225 galvanized steel, manufactured to BS EN 10346 : 2009, coated on the face side with a primer and a plastisol coating to a total coating thickness of 200 μm.

Prisma®

Colorcoat Prisma® consists of Galvalloy, 95:5% zinc/aluminium alloy coated steel, with a coating weight of 255 g·m–2, manufactured to BS EN 10346 : 2009, coated on the face side with a 25 μm primer and a 25 μm polyurethane topcoat.

Essential 25µ

Essential 25µ consists of Z225 galvanized steel, manufactured to BS EN 10346 : 2009,coated on the face side with a primer and a polyester coating to a total coating thickness of 25 μm.

PVDF 25µ

PVDF 25 μ consists of Z275 galvanized steel, manufactured to BS EN 10346 : 2009, coated on the face side with a primer and a polyvinylidene fluoride/acrylic (70-80/30-20) coating to a total coating thickness of 27 μm

Ultra 60µ

Ultra 60 µ consists of either Z275 galvanized, or ZA 265 zinc-aluminium coated, steel to BS EN 10346 : 2009 coated on the face side with a 25 μm thick primer and 30 μm thick polyurethane topcoat incorporating polyamide particles which give a textured surface finish.

A2. Internal liner sheet (Liner profile)

Internal conditions of a building can vary; Joris Ide can offer a wide range to suit heavy duty environments such as humidity and ammoniac. Please consult our colorflow for detailed information.

A3. INSULATION CORE

JI Roof 1000 insulated panels are made with a high ther-mal performance and environmental sustainable PIR foam with zero ozone depletion and a low global warming potential.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The JI Roof 1000 achieves a Green Guide A+ rating as per the BRE Global ‘The Green Guide to Specification’, Element reference number 812550001 : Galvanised steel rafters and joists, composite profiled roof cladding (steel inner lining, pentane blown PUR/PIR insulation, coated steel outer skin)

FIRE

The external and internal faces of the panel to be Class 0 in accordance with the Building Regulations when tested to BS476: Parts 6: 1989 and Part 7: 1987.

The JI Roof 1000 has a LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board EXT-B Grade (certificate No : 700a to LPS181 : Part 1 : Issue 1 ) for 40-120mm core thickness.

SEALS

The JI Roof 1000 PIR comes standard with a factory applied seal in the side lap (fig.1a) and a factory weatherproofing seal under the crown of the overlap (fig.1b). Additional seals might be applied on site depending on condition.

Minimum cutback : 50 mm – maximum cutback : 350 mm (no cutback on demand)Panels can be manufactured for placing left to right and right to left as per your requirements.

The JI Roof 1000 is manufactured according to the ISO 9001 and are assembled from high-quality raw materials which are selected by a detailed supply chain management and in-house laboratory controls. The product is produced to the highest quality standards such as EN 14509. The JI roof

1000 carries the product conformity according to the Euro-pean legislation and therefore all packs are CE-marked and carry the Declaration of Performance.
