Objective
This step-by-step half a day seminar is designed to prepare participants and to
assist them to understand the fundamental requirements in members’ voluntary
winding-up and strike-off.
At the end of the program, participants are able to :-

GST Partial Implementation
GST is a new indirect tax system that will replace the present Sales and
Service Tax. It will be implemented on1st April 2015 by our Government.
The implementation of GST in any organisation is an important exercise as
it will prepare GST registered person with proper setup and tax codes
mapping.

DR FAM SENG CHOY PhD (Taxation)
MBA(Fin & Acctg), B.Acc (Hons), CA(M),
ACTIM(M), FICMA(M), MCCS(M), CPA(Eire),
is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian
Institute of Accountants, a tax consultant and
GST tax agent approved by the Ministry of
Finance, a practicing company secretary and a
licensed cooperative auditor since 1998. He is a
panel liquidator for RHB Bank group of
companies.
Dr. Fam has presented numerous forums, seminars
and workshops organized by Professional Bodies,
Trade Associations and Non-Profit Organizations.
He also provides in-house training to organizations
in relation to tax compliance and planning and
secretarial practice.
He is presently a member of the advisory panel of
the School of Accounting, Finance and
Quantitative Studies of the Faculty of Business &
Management of Asia Pacific University (formerly
