RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Please present membership ID upon entrance at the ground floor reception.

2. NO ID NO ENTRY will be applied.

3. Appropriate clothing must be worn especially during entrance. Those who are wearing slippers and sando will not be permitted inside the building.

4. NO SMOKING at all times inside the building or in the court.

5. The committee or OLYMPIA fitness accepts no responsibility or liability in case of death, disability, permanent injury, a loss of a property or any loss from any cause during your stay in the court.

6. Appropriate footwear is mandatory to ensure no damage will be inflicted on the court.( Gum sole shoes is a must)

7. Members are not allowed to enter any other floor except only at Badminton courts (6 th and 7th floors) .Any violation will automatically cancel the membership without refund.

8. No food or beverages in the premises at all times.

9. Proper decorum shall be observe at all times.

10. No littering and maintain cleanliness.

11. Do not leave your children unattended.

12. Do not destroy any property belonging to OLYMPIA club.

13. Soft drinks and food are strictly prohibited inside the court.

14. Any rules and regulations that are not covered by this form please refer to OLYMPIA Club rules. I hereby declare that all the information given above are true, correct and complete.
