The DSBC is bringing back the late 1800’s with a modern twist. This event once brought together business people, gangsters and politicians for a feast. This event now features three of the area’s top restaurants, competing for best dish. Each restaurant will prepare 3 dishes each (a chop course, a steak dish, a side dish) for a total of 9 exquisite courses of incredible mouth-watering food. This is a meat-lover’s dream. As we say, vegetarians are welcome, but will go hungry.
