1 . The Health and Nutrition Section of Tangub City Division, in coordination ofthe City of Tangub enacted a City Ordinance regarding the BAN ON SELLING OFJUr'lX FOOOS inside the school premises and within the radius of 100 meters awayfrom the schoolcampus.

2. ln view of this, school administrators are requested to disseminate thisinformation to their respective school for its strict implementation and for the saietyand protection of the health of ihe children.

3. Enclosed herewith is the copy of the said Ordinance.

4. Your positive response on this request is hjghly expected and appfeciated.

SECTION 11J.11. PENALTY. Any owner of the dog who violates this Article shallbe fined of One Thousand (Php 1,000.00) Pesos or imprisonment of Three (3) days orboth, ai the discretion of the Court

ARTICLE KBAN ON SELLING OF JUNK FOODS

SECTION t1K.01. PROHIBITED ACT. No person shall sell iunk foods wilhoutSangkap Pinoy seal inside the school pren ises and within the radius of 100 meters awayfrom the school campus

SECTION 11K.02, DEFINITION. As used in this article the terms

Junk Foods - reier to foods which are no longer fresh and nutritlous; having

neither value for consumption nor further use; rubbish.

Sangkap Pinoy Seal - refer to the foods for sale that are approved from BFAD.

SECTION 11K.03. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION. The School Administrator

shall strlctly implement this Article. Failure to do so shail sublect the concerned school

official to administrative sanction in accordance with the rules and regulatlons of the Civil

Service Commission.

SECTION 11K.04. PENALTY. Any percon who violates this Article shall be

punished by a fine of Five Hundred (Php 500.00) Pesos or revocation of business permit

SECTION 11L.01. STATEMENT OF POLICY. For the effective implementation olthis Adicle there is hereby created the Gamecocks Authority which shall be composed of

the City Assessor as Chairman and the City Treasurer and the City Adminislrator, as

members ln the absence of the City Administrator any representative appointed by the
